Questa tipica villa spagnola sulla Costa Blanca dispone di aria condizionata, piscina privata e ampio terreno vicino al mare. Ci sono 3 camere da letto che possono ospitare 6 persone. Questa è un'opzione adatta per le vacanze al sole con la famiglia. Questa casa vacanze è dotata di un barbecue a carbonella che puoi usare. Il giardino recintato è illuminato e arredato con mobili da giardino e il bagno è dotato di vasca con doccia. La spiaggia, che dista poco più di 1 km, è l'ideale per una bella giornata di relax. Ci sono locali notturni a 1,5 km di distanza e il supermercato più vicino è a 1000 m. Hai la possibilità di fare belle gite in barca a 1,2 km dalla struttura. Jávea si trova sulla Costa Blanca, che porta giustamente il nome "costa bianca". È una città costiera turistica e cosmopolita con bei negozi e buoni ristoranti. Nel porto troverete un pittoresco lungomare con molte terrazze, negozi e ristoranti. Jávea ha anche una nuova area di sviluppo (El Arenal) con un'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa e un lungomare con negozi, caffè e ristoranti. Si può fare tutto sulla grande spiaggia: c'è un parco giochi per i bambini e si possono praticare tanti sport acquatici.
The location of the house is amazing. It is quite, secluded yet near Jávea center. The house itself is beautiful and characteristically Spanish. The pool is amazingly big. So the first few moments in and around the house we were mesmerized by its beauty. After a closer look and a first night of sleep, we discovered all kinds of shortcomings and we reached out to the property manager. 4 out of the 7 issues we raised were not addressed. We are disappointed by that. To be completely honest, we would not recommend this villa to any of our friends or family and this is why. We stayed for 16 days and only one set of towels per person is provided. And after asking about it, we were told that we needed to pay extra for fresh towels. This is not mentioned in the description of the villa and using a towel for 16 days in a row is not hygienic. We decided to wash them ourselves but for all electricity used you need to pay at the end or your stay. The bathroom is renovated which is great. But the desciption of the villa on the website is outdated. There is no longer a bath. And the new shower is beautiful but there is bearly any water coming out of it and additionally the hand shower is not working properly so there is more water running down the hose than coming out of the shower head. We’ve raised this to the property manager and this was simply ignored. We wanted to cook a meal ourselves and discovered that only one of the four gas burners of the stove is working. The other three don’t work. Again, we’ve raised this to the property manager and again it was ignored. Four of the seven sunbeds at the pool are broken. The biggest shortcoming is the broken slatted bed base on one side of the bed in the master bedroom. They tried to fix it by using dutc tape but everytime you lay down on the bed, it tears. We cannot move to another room because we have a 5 month old baby that sleeps with us in the room and no other room is big enough to have the baby bed next to us. Again, we’ve raised this to the property manager and again it was ignored. So long story short, we paid a lot of money but in our opinion the villa is not worth it.
Mooie villa met heerlijk zwembad. Fijne kamers met goede airco, alle apparatuur werkt. Leuke verrassing om in de kast boeken en spelletjes te vinden! De gastvrouw is een ontzettend aardige en meedenkende dame. Heel fijn verblijf gehad, zeker een aanrader!
Net 10 heerlijke dagen gehad in Javéa. Huisje is ingericht in typisch Spaanse stijl. Kleine details zoals deftige vliegenramen (ook aan de achterdeur), elektriciteit (valt soms uit bij het gebruik van teveel toestellen tegelijk) zouden een meerwaarde geven. Tuin, terras en zwembad zijn fantastisch!! Veel privacy en rustige omgeving. Winkels en strand op amper 10minuten rijden. Playa del arenal is heel mooi qua strand, bars en restaurants.
Mooie omgeving, zeer smalle toeleidende weg. Goed uitkijken. Ik heb contact gehad met onze contactpersoon over de schoonmaak, want er dreef een sigarettenpeuk in het zwembad en gebruikt bestek was weer teruggelegd, heel vies. De villa is mooi, heeft wel wat aandacht nodig. De vloer zou vervangen mogen worden. Het zwembad is fantastisch. De elektriciteit viel een paar keer uit. De WiFi is bij het zwembad zeer zwak. Zeer weinig ruimte voor toiletartikelen. Kast vol met spelletjes aanwezig, zitten ook nl boeken in. Leuk! Fijne keuken met hoog werkblad. Prima wasmachine. De koelkast is wel tricky: wat je onderin legt, bevriest. Er hangt wel een bijzonder geurtje. Bestrating van de patio is zwaar aan vervanging toe. Een van de tegels van de opstap ligt zelfs geheel los. Wij hebben deze gevaarlijke situatie opgelost door er een parasolvoet op te zetten zodat we er niet per ongeluk op zouden staan. Fijn dat er Nederlandse tv aanwezig was! Zoals gezegd: het zwembad was fantastisch. Mooi diep en groot. De ligbedden zijn aan vervanging toe: ze zakken door waardoor je op het onderstel ligt; niet zo comfortabel. Prima bedden, fijn bad, mooie verlichting, goede airco.
Aankomst was erg gehaast omdat ze snel door moest. Achteraf hadden we nog best wel wat vragen.
We konden zonder probleem eerder in het huisje dan 17u, dat was na een lange autorit erg prettig. Het huisje voldeed aan onze verwachtingen was zoals omschreven op de site. De locatie was prima, gelukkig hadden we wel eigen vervoer.
We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen toen we midden in de nacht aankwamen. Het huisje was fantastisch, precies wat we ervan hadden verwacht, keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, prima bedden in de slaapkamers. Maar vooral het zwembad was heerlijk(!) en groot genoeg om baantjes in te trekken. Ook de omgeving was mooi, leuke stadjes met mooie historische centra, gezellige boulevards, mooie baaitjes, zowel kiezel als zandstranden. Bij het huisje stonden zelfs bedjes die je kon meenemen naar het strand. Het is wel aan te raden om een auto te huren. Het is zeker een plek om nog een keer naar terug te gaan.
Mooie omgeving met Montgo gebergte op de achtergrond. Huis is mooi in oud Spaanse stijl, maar heeft op onderdelen zeker onderhoud nodig
In een rustige villa wijk met het Montgo gebergte op de achtergrond ligt deze mooie villa. we waren zo bij het strand en de villa voldeed aan al onze wensen heerlijke vacantie gehad en top plek en zo bij alles strand supermarkten nacht leven en restaurants een aanbeveling voor in Javea vakantie tevieren
