To begin with, the accommodation did not match the description on your website. Had we seen the review on the accommodation Villa Letizia in Cortona dated August 2023, we would not have booked this accommodation. As we have unfortunately learned, none of the deficiencies and errors that existed in August had been rectified. I can give you a picture of the accommodation. A reception by a representative who was not the contact person and who rushed through the residence and who informed us that Lucca (our contact person) will come later to inform us further and to receive the last amount of money (cleaning fee, Tourist tax). lack of kitchen equipment, broken furniture that cannot be used. Pool that cannot be used because there is no cleaning (smells badly and has green growth on the bottom and sides. No washing machine ( as described). Electrical installations where cables for lighting are damaged and in some cases repaired with tape .Lamps hang from loose cables and are dangerous to touch.The ceiling lighting in the living room was full of insects and flies. I could go on with more things but what surprises me is that you don't look at previous reviews and contact the responsible landlord of the accommodation.
