La terrazza coperta offre splendide viste ed è il luogo ideale per godersi la vita spagnola la sera mentre bevi un drink o un pasti barbecue. C'è una piscina condivisa per rinfrescarsi dopo una calda giornata estiva.
Cose da fare in giro
Nuoto, snorkeling, immersioni subacquee e escursioni sono attività popolari in Costa Blanca. Museo del mare e del sale evidenzia il ruolo della città nella produzione di sale e nei musei fluttuanti S-61 sottomarini mostra i risultati militari. Il lago rosa di Torrevieja è uno spettacolo da vedere. Per coloro che amano andare a fare shopping, ci sono il centro commerciale Habaneras e il noto boulevard Zenia.

Puoi sorseggiare il tuo caffè del mattino sul balcone. La casa è climatizzata per un piacevole soggiorno. È permesso un animale domestico.

Ontvangst was matig , er was niemand aanwezig er er moest nog worden schoongemaakt. Een uur later was pas iemand aanwezig
We hebben samen met onze hond een leuke tijd gehad. De hond kon gemakkelijk alleen in de omheinde Tuin. Kamers waren ruim. Enkel de kamer beneden had momenteel een vochtige binnen muur. We hebben dit laten weten aan de huiseigenaren en zij gingen dit al aanpakken binnen 2 weken. Door Corona hebben ze zelf wat minder naar hun eigen huis geweest. Wat wij ook begrijpen. Heel erg behulpzame eigenaars We keren zeker nog eens terug!
The property was lovely, had nice views from the roof terrace, gates community and very quiet. We were visiting family and the location was about 10 mins away so very convenient for what we needed. Only negative. The customer service from Belvilla!!! We were struggling to locate the property at first as the satnav took us to the opposite side of the same road. We had to use google earth and maps to try and pinpoint landmarks. When we arrived, there was a gated entrance with a keypad but no mention of this or a code in the booking. I tried to contact the contact person listed on the form but the numbers wouldn’t work, and their ‘emergency helpline’ literally gave an automated ‘we will connect you’ message then disconnected. So I had to jump into the online chat to ask for help. It took me 20mins and having to repeat myself several times before giving up and requesting to speak to a manager before the agent finally actually did anything to help (apart from telling me to keep calling the numbers) and told me I could WhatsApp the contact on the voucher. Also, I’d like to point out, I did try and contact Belvilla a few days before we even left for the trip to check the info on collecting keys etc and was told all the info was on the voucher. It was not. So if you’re thinking of booking this place - do! It’s lovely and the beds are so comfy. HOWEVER, be prepared that Belvilla will not be much help at all…..
Mooi huis. Schoon op wat spullen in de kastjes na. Wordt denk ik niet gecheckt.hebben dat gereinigd voordat we dat konden gebruiken.
Bonne vacances très bien placé et de nouvelles découvertes tout les jours, la piscine bien placé nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour.

De vorige keer hadden we dit huisje ook geboekt en het was goed bevallen. Het was wederom een leuke vakantie. Voordelen: Voorzien van alle gemakken wasmachine, vaatwasser en een BBQ. Voldoende ruimte voor 6 personen en de hond. Het bevindt zich vlak bij het sportcentrum met een 50 meter zwembad. Hier kan je voor niet al te veel geld lekker zwemmen. Locatie is redelijk dicht bij de winkels. Genoten van het riante dakterras.
Leuke vakantie beleefd, Het boeken via Belvilla was makkelijk en snel geregeld, Je krijgt snel informatie over het huisje met de juiste contact gegevens, Het was ondanks alle maatregelen omtrent Corona een topvakantie, Wij waren iets eerder gearriveerd bij het huisje, Na overleg mochten wij er eerder in en na een lange reis was dit heel fijn, Het huisje zelf was schoon en ruim genoeg voor 6 personen en een hond,
We arrived to the house and some girl gave us keys. After we entered we found kitchen very dirty, we had to wash all the dished before using them. Fridge was dirty and full of humidity inside as well. Later we found out that air conditioner in the main bedroom is not working, we called the administrator asking to fix it. Two days later the technicians came they cleaned air conditioners but the one in the main bedroom still didn't work. We called them again but no one came to do anything. WiFi didn't work as well and no one came to fix it. We spent our holidays sleeping very bad (it was very hot) without internet (that was important for us). Very disappointing! I would like to make a claim to Belvilla because this house was not prepared for rent at all.
