The road to access is fixed regularly, it is a "white" road. We are located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove on the crest of a hill. Regarding the dimensions of the house (40m2), they are mentioned in the description. I am sorry if your request for a full refund, because you did not feel at ease on the estate where you can freely admire the fallow deer and fawns trying to preserve nature and its surrounding fauna as much as possible, has not been accepted, at least for a non-existent humidity and the size of the house. Caro ospite, grazie per il tuo commento, volevo informarti che quando hai chiamato, ero sotto la doccia, era ora di finirla e ho subito richiamato, non ricevendo risposta da te, ho mandato mio padre, a venire e cercarti mentre il GPS spesso invia in altre direzioni. Una volta trovato sei stato gentilmente accompagnato a casa. La casa viene ristrutturata ogni anno, era il 2 agosto ed è improbabile che in Toscana in quel periodo si trovi qualche forma di umidità. Siamo adiacenti al bosco in cui c'è una bellissima sorgente di acqua dolce con un ruscello ma in quel periodo è spesso secca proprio a causa della siccità. La strada di accesso è sistemata regolarmente, è una strada "bianca". Ci troviamo nel mezzo di un bellissimo uliveto sul crinale di una collina. Per quanto riguarda le dimensioni della casa (40m2), sono menzionate nella descrizione. Mi dispiace se la tua richiesta di rimborso totale, perché non ti sei trovato a tuo agio nella tenuta dove puoi ammirare liberamente daini e cerbiatti cercando di preservare il più possibile la natura e la fauna che la circonda, non è stata accolta, a almeno per un'umidità inesistente e le dimensioni della casa.
