Dal soggiorno si accede direttamente all'ampio terrazzo con uno splendido giardino paesaggistico. Questa casa ha anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ci sono parcheggi direttamente a casa.
Direttamente a Niedernsill si trovano i comprensori sciistici Nagelköpfl - Piesendorf con 2 chilometri di piste e 3 impianti di risalita e Niedernsill con 1 chilometro di piste e 2 impianti di risalita, che sono rinomati comprensori sciistici del Salisburghese come ad esempio il comprensorio sciistico sul ghiacciaio di Kaprun , lo Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn e il comprensorio sciistico Schmittenhöhe a Zell am See con un totale di 408 chilometri di piste sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto.
In estate potrete ovviamente godervi tutto ciò che il Parco Nazionale degli Alti Tauri ha da offrire, come le famose cascate di Krimml, la strada alpina del Großglockner, il bacino artificiale di Kaprun e, naturalmente, le numerose possibilità di escursioni e mountain bike. Anche il lago balneabile di Niedersill si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa vacanze.
Ristoranti, negozi e supermercati si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze della casa vacanze.
Nach einer völlig reibungslosen Buchung über Belvilla, haben wir eine tolle Woche in den wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann und sowohl Sauberkeit bei Anreise wie auch die Menge an z.B. Geschirr ist super. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft super gerne weiter. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
Everything was perfect except one little thing. I use to spend holidays in Belvilla´s holidays homes from 2018 and this was the first time when we had to buy own toilet paper. It´s not a big deal, but when you arrive about 18:00 at the evening and all markets are already closed, you have no chance to buy this kind of stuff. It would be good if Belvilla will inform also about this things in advance (together with kitchen towels, bed linen, bath towels etc for example). House was clean and new. We spent great time here. :)
Family Stay -Large group-Perfect Home at Zell am See Region Home is located in Rustic and beautiful village Niedernsill.House owner Joop was very Helpful. Joop responded to all our queries on time either through email or Phone call,fantastic Response from him.Home had 4 Bedrooms ,so it was very good for a large families to stay.House is sparkling clean and beautiful views from windows.Car Parking is available.Wqashing Machine and Dryer is also available .
Het is lekker ruim huis om met zn 10e te verblijven. Daarnaast is ook alles lekker niet en je bent met ca 15min in zell am see en met ca 30min in saalbach
Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Ein Bäcker ist ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Der Badesee ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man hat in der Nähe sehr viel Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Was will man mehr Die Gastgeber-Familie war sehr freundlich und nett.
