Questa villa moderna e ben tenuta è a soli 2 km dall'accogliente Carvoeiro, una posizione perfetta! È una villa meravigliosamente leggera ed è molto confortevole con le sue 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Dal soggiorno ci sono le porte della terrazza solarium con la piscina privata (7 x 4 m) al centro. I lettini sono naturalmente pronti per voi, qui vi divertirete sicuramente!
La villa si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale alla periferia del villaggio, a pochi passi da alcuni servizi locali. Il centro di Carvoeiro è un po 'più lontano e troverete una varietà di negozi, ristoranti, bar e terrazze.
La spiaggia di Carvoeiro si trova in una baia con alte scogliere su entrambi i lati, è possibile scattare una bella foto del bordo della scogliera! Lungo la bellissima costa dell'Algarve puoi scattare delle foto più belle, ci sono delle belle baie nella zona! Consigliati sono Benagil, Da Marina, Carvalho ... Ma giro, verrai in posti bellissimi!

Das Haus war sehr ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Besonders in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Es könnten etwas mehr warme Decken vorhanden sein. Als wir ankamen, war es sehr kalt und ich musste erst einmal herausfinden, wie man das Haus heizt. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Hausverwaltung funktionierte es dann. Störend empfanden wir die kleine Autowerkstatt gegenüber. Ständig klingelte ein Telefon oder es wurde laut diskutiert, geschweige denn die Werkstattgeräusche. Ich möchte hier nicht im Sommer am Pool liegen mit dieser Geräuschkulisse. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Très jolie villa, propre, avec tout les équipements. Endroit assez calme, sauf beaucoup de chien qui aboi dans le quartier notamment celui du voisin d'en face qui pleur beaucoup pendant le nuit au point de nous réveiller. Malgré le soleil qui n'est pas présent, c'est une maison bien agréable à vivre.
Fijn huis, rustige wijk. Huis van alle gemakken voor zien. Dichtbij alle voorzieningen. Lekker ruim zwembad. Minpuntjes, veel blaffende honden in de straat. Terras stoelen te weinig en wat er staat is niet veilig. Wc bril beneden ligt niet vast. Broodrooster is kapot. (geen melding van gemaakt?)
Toplocatie en tophuis, zeer netjes!!! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We had a lovely time during our stay at this property. Ms. Duarte was really helpful before and during our stay, giving us all the necessary information. The villa is located in a quiet street, a 5-minute drive from Carvoiero main street. Access was easy and we started enjoying the house right away. It is really clean and comfortable, pool and garden are great, rooms are spacious. We really hope we can come back.
