This detached, sustainable eco-villa is located at Resort Zuiderzee, a mere stone's throw from the Veluwemeer with all its water sports facilities. The small-scale centre of the historic town of Elburg is 4.5 km away. and the pleasant city of Harderwijk 20 km.
The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a comfortable and complete way. In addition to a living room with TV, on the ground floor you will also find an open-plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are four more double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. All beds are of the single type. box spring, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. There can be three beds in one bedroom. Very contemporary: the villa features a heat pump and infrared panels.
Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
At Holiday Park Resort Zuiderzee, various chalets, villas, safari tents and tiny houses can be booked for two to twelve people.
The house (for 12 people) was large, clean, nicely decorated and had enough space for us. The registration went smoothly. All the employees on site were nice to us. There were the following complaints in the house: - just 2 small spoons for all of us - no baking tray for the oven and the rack didn't fit - no cleaning bucket or cleaning rag to wipe up something from the floor - In a bedroom on the 1st floor, after opening the door to the outside, it was only possible to close it again with force/all the blinds in this room were also broken - The water in the shower on the ground floor did not drain, so the entire bathroom was flooded. I had to loosen the drain and remove all the dirt/hair. Then everything went smoothly again (actually not my job) The opening times of the restaurants and shops on the complex were special (many people have already written that before me). The swimming pool was warm and the small children liked it. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards there are a disaster. Be sure to take flip flops with you. But what most influenced our not so good rating is the fact that no one told us before booking that the access bridge (and the path there) to Elburg would be closed to cars for many weeks. 4 minutes by car (we had small children with us who don't walk 4km there and 4km back) would have turned into 44 minutes. The journey to Zwolle was extended by 15 minutes each way. The circumstance had been known since at least February, but we were informed of it a week before arrival. We had chosen this park because of its proximity to Elburg, Zwolle and Harderwijk and would not have booked the house if we had known that the bridge would be closed.
Prima verzorgd huisje. Er miste wel een pan en er was een kapotte mixer, maar dat werd netjes afgehandeld door de receptie.
mooi park, nette, nieuwe woningen, mooi gelegen aan het veluwemeer met strand. We hadden een mooi stuk gazon en een vlondertje bij het water. met de kleinkinderen lekker zoeken naar kikkers en libellen en andere beestjes in het water. mooie, grote binnenspeeltuin. Binnenzwembad is wat eenvoudiger dan je op andere plekken gewend bent, maar wel erg leuk ingericht.
mooie tuin en ruim huis. In de tuin konden de kinderen goed spelen en voetballen. Het was fijn dat er beneden een kamer in het huis was. Ook heerlijk dat we twee badkamers hadden. Het huis was sfeervol ingericht en ligt op een goede plek op het park. Heerlijk dat je zo snel aan het strand bent. Ook de activiteiten die er op het park georganiseerd werden spraken de kinderen erg aan. We komen volgend jaar weer!
Park is leuk .maar het huis was echt niet schoon er lag een afgeplast matras op het bed te smerig om aan te zien .en het was echt niet schoon in het huis hier moet echt beter gecontroleerd worden...
Het is een heel mooi ,goed onderhouden park Ons huis was ook heel mooi ,gezellige huiselijke sfeer. Het zag er ook netjes uit , geen oude meuk wat bij elkaar gezet was dat ben ik namelijk wel veel in vakantie huizen tegengekomen. Het is een echte aanrader, ook het personeel is vriendelijk netjes te woord gestaan. Super !!
Over het algemeen hele fijne ervaring op europarcs en het huisje. We missen in het huisje wel wat opbergruimte voor de boodschappen in de keuken. Alle kastjes zijn bezet. Huisje is wel aan de vieze kant, veel stof, onder de bank allemaal plakkerig vies spul. Bij aankomst was het erg warm maar als je deuren open laat om door te luchten is de warmte er snel uit. Er is veel te doen voor kinderen en je kan heerlijk wandelen. Park is netjes en ziet er verzorgt uit.
