Hello Belvilla We arrived on Saturday in Wernigerode around 16:00. We had booked accommodation for 4 person, but the apartment was only equipped for 3 person, we multiple times tried to contact DM Ferienhauser by telephone and also called the Belvilla service Center, who promised to fix the problem. Nothing happened, and we continuously tried all evening and Sunday, but with no luck. I had to purchase a sleeping back to being able to sleep with the family and not go to a hotel. I also contacted Hotels.com/Expedia (by whom I booked the accommodation), but they were also not able to get hold of the host. It is now Monday, and we still have not heard from DM Ferienhauser, and we are leaving tomorrow. This will definitely cause an after play and bad recommendations, being a frequent traveler, this is the worst service experience ever…. I cannot believe how you can allow a host that is not available by phone 24/7??
