Per le prelibatezze, Le Bruges, un'incantevole struttura a conduzione familiare situata a soli 160 metri dal Castello di Lapeyrouse, mentre per un'esperienza culinaria più raffinata, potreste prendere in considerazione il Ristorante Anne & Matthieu Omont presso l'Hotel de France a Montmarault, a 12,5 km di distanza. Esplorate i dintorni con gite di un giorno al Lago del Bourget (15 min), al Lago di Annecy o alla città termale di Aix-les-Bains (20 min), oppure dedicatevi agli sport invernali a La Clusaz e Le Grand-Bornand, entrambe a meno di un'ora di distanza. Wij hebben met 5 personen een fantastische vakantie gehad. De warme ontvangst en eindeloze hulp en tips van de gastheer zijn niet te beschrijven, we hebben zoiets nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Het huis is in zeer goede staat, alles is super schoon en zo houdt de gastheer het ook. Vanaf het terras heb je een heel mooi uitzicht over de omgeving. De voorzieningen zijn prima in orde. Als we wensen hadden, dan werden die meteen beantwoord. Zwembad is tiptop in orde, wordt regelmatig (in overleg) schoongemaakt, net als de periodieke verschoning van bedlinnen en kamers. Erg vriendelijke gastheer. Wij kregen nog regelmatig een leuke verrassing van de gastheer. Dit moet je echt zelf ervaren. Wij hebben vele vakanties achter de rug, maar deze was echt uniek te noemen. Top!
This is the perfect rental for a family or small group. It is in a stunning location, very well kept and the lay out as well as Pool (considerable size) and garden are fantastic. We had a lot of fun playing tennis also. Alexandros has been outstandingly kind and welcoming during our stay. I would recommend that highly!
Heerlijke vakantie gehad met gezin met 3 tienerdochters. Dicht bij Heraklion en Knossos, en toch voldoende privacy. Heerlijk groot zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame huiseigenaar. Een absolute aanrader.
Het huis, de locatie, de ontvangst en de servicegerichtheid van de eigenaar zijn prima. Er waren een paar kleine mankementen die onmiddellijk door de eigenaar zijn opgelost. Het huis uit boven op een heuvel en biedt naast een prachtig uitzicht tevens maximale privacy. De beklimming en afdeling moet in de 1e versnelling gebeuren. Het grootste probleem met dit huis is, dat er na zonsondergang ratten via de bomen het dak van het huis beklimmen en terug afdalen. Dit vindt voor je ogen op het terras plaatst. Dit heeft de eigenaar tijdens ons verblijf niet op kunnen lossen. Zeer vervelend en zorg ervoor dat als je dit huis huurt, je de garantie krijgt van Belvilla en de eigenaar dat dit ernstige gebrek is opgelost. Zonder de ratten was het een prachtig verblijf geweest.
Dear Guests, First of all we would like to thank you for choosing to spend your holiday at our house. We are really glad that you liked the house and the services. Trying to make our guests feel welcome, safe and comfortable is our priority. Regarding the comment for the rats we are truly sad to hear it since throughout these years we had hundreds of guests staying at the property and there have been no other instances or complaints of seeing rats outside. The house is built at the countryside surrounded by tall trees and bushes and throughout the year professionals disinfect the surroundings of the house and also take all the necessary measures to assure that the house inside remains clean. Every fourth day Ι personally put rodenticide in hidden spots of the estate to assure that also the terraces and the gardens at the house remain clean and to prevent nesting around the house. Usually, three days are needed to see the results of the rodenticide so in case the rats were closer to the house in three to four days the problem would no longer exist. We believe that this was an unfortunate but exceptionally rare occurrence. We guarantee that as professionals we take all the necessary hygienic measures for a safe stay for our guests and protection of the property. We would also like to mention that in every country house you may see rats, bunnies, cats etc on the terraces or gardens. We hope that in all other ways we did not fail in any way to accomplish your expectations and thank you again for choosing our property.
Goede accommodatie en vriendelijk ontvangst. Communicatie met de eigenaar is perfect. Mooie villa met veel privacy. Voor een gezin van max. 5 personen, maar ook voor een vriendengroep.
Wat een heerlijk huis op een geweldig mooie plek!! Zeer warm welkom door de eigenaar, er stond al eten voor ons klaar. Heerlijke plek, prachtig uitzicht rond het huis, en ontzettend veel privacy. Heerlijk om een zwembad bij het huis te hebben om 's morgens de dag te beginnen, of na een warme dag een frisse duik te nemen. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam. Halverwege de week werd het huis nog een keer schoongemaakt, en lagen er weer schone handdoeken. Kortom Het was Fantastisch!!
We truly had a wonderful vacation! You have an exquisite view from both villa and great swimming pool. The Cretan warmth is something we had the chance to experience not only from the perfect climate, but also from the owner, who really tries to make his guests feel special! Knossos, the archeological museum, the Cretaquarium and some nearby beaches were all worthwhile. Thx again Alexandros - we will surely return!
