Gli interni vantano decorazioni all'avanguardia, mobili di classe e riscaldamento a pavimento per un comfort che dura tutto l'anno. Una cucina a vista ben attrezzata, un soggiorno con TV e ferro e asse da stiro garantiscono un soggiorno confortevole.
Uscite per accedere alla terrazza privata e al giardino arredato con vista mozzafiato, ideale per pranzi all'aperto o un rilassante barbecue. Il centro città dista solo 200 m, con un supermercato a 450 m e ristoranti a 3 km dalla proprietà. Il parcheggio è disponibile in loco.
Esplorate la regione a piedi o in bicicletta, oppure fate gite di un giorno a Maastricht (20 km) e Aquisgrana (30 km). Nota bene: la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici in loco non è consentita, ma a Dalhem è disponibile una stazione di ricarica pubblica.
Fantastisch huis, uitstekende service!
Mooi vakantieverblijf waar je totaal tot rust kan komen geen lawaai te horen. Maar toch tegen alles kort tegen van winkels en bezienswaardigheden.
We had a fantastic week staying here, the house is modern, well equipped, and well looked after, the location is perfect for trips into the Ardennes, Maastricht or Germany (Aachen not far) and with lots of beautiful countryside nearby, and a brilliant and friendly host too who ensured we were happy. Would love to come back again. Thanks!
Prachtige villa op een rustige locatie! Centraal gelegen waardoor je snel en makkelijk de nabij gelegen bezienswaardigen kan bezichtigen. Een aanrader!
De boeking ging vanzelf, het verblijf moeten we nog wat afwachten!
De verhuurders zijn vriendelijk en de infrastructuur is zoals beschreven of beter nog, er is meer dan beschreven aanwezig!

Tip top! Alles aanwezig en heel modern huis. (Enige opmerking: in de Belvilla beschrijving staat ‘ledikant aanwezig’ wat niet het geval is - maar dit hadden we gelukkig op voorhand gecheckt met de eigenaar.)
