This villa is an independent stone farmhouse located at the foot of the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, just 5km away. The property is set within a large fully fenced garden where we find various relaxation and play spaces . Ideal place for families, has a large field (used to play football) and a pool area fenced and protected by entrance gate. The swimming pool (measures 10x5 meters, deep from 1,230 to 1,80 meters) is complete with deckchairs and well exposed to the sun during the day and enjoys a beautiful view of the city of Cortona. In front of the kitchen there is a pergola where you can find a large table to eat outside. In the property you will also have space to park your cars.
Interior Description
This villa can accommodate up to 8 people (3 bedrooms + a sofa bed). It is on two levels connected both internally with a spiral staircase and also by an external stone staircase.
On the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a large living room where you will have a large dining table, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed if requested), TV and fireplace. Adjacent to the living room we find the kitchen, fully equipped to cook your favorite dishes and with a second dining table as well as a convenient exit to the outdoor pergola.
Complete the ground floor a spacious bedroom with double bed, sofa and armchair, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor we find a second living room with sofa, fireplace and kitchenette and then continue in the sleeping area where we find a first bedroom consisting of a double bed (in the room there is also a single bed on request) and a second bedroom also with double bed and wardrobe and characterized by the exit to a beautiful and large panoramic terrace. Complete the second floor a nice bathroom with shower.

We hebben met z’n vijven een heerlijke week gehad in het vakantiehuis. Het perceel is volledig omheind waardoor onze hond vrij kon rondlopen. Het perceel is groot, je kunt er met gemak badmintonnen, voetballen enz, en het privé zwembad maakt het helemaal af. Het zwembad werd twee keer per week schoongemaakt, er waren zelfs luchtbedjes en ligbedden voor gebruik. Het huis is Italiaans en heeft drie ruime slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Alles was schoon en goed bijgehouden. Het enige minpuntje was de keuken, geen afzuigkap en iets minder kookgerei dan je zou verwachten in het huisje. Maar met een beetje creativiteit wisten we alles op te lossen. We hadden veel last van muggen, bij vermelding hiervan bij onze host kregen we diezelfde dag nog anti insectenspray. Ook hadden we een medisch noodgeval, deze is door de host zeer goed en snel opgepakt. In de omgeving ligt op 5 min meerdere supermarkten (met de auto) en het dorp Cortona. Wil je meer van Italië zien, dan zit je goed als je een auto tot beschikking hebt. Absoluut een aanrader, deze mooie villa!

Notre séjour dans la ferme en pierre près de Cortona a été tout simplement délicieux ! La maison était spacieuse, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour des vacances familiales confortables, La piscine était un point culminant, parfaite pour les enfants pour jouer pendant que nous profitions du soleil, Nous avons adoré dîner dehors sous la pergola, avec une vue imprenable sur Cortona en arrière-plan, C'était une excellente base pour explorer les attractions à proximité, et nous avons même fait une excursion d'une journée au lac Trasimeno, qui est à seulement 20 km, Je recommande vivement pour les familles à la recherche d'un mélange de détente et d'aventure !

Vi havde en fantastisk tid i dette stenhus! Haven var kæmpe, og børnene elskede at spille fodbold, mens vi slappede af ved poolen, Stedet var rent og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for, selv et fuldt udstyret køkken, Den eneste ulempe var aircondition, som kun var i et værelse – gjorde det lidt kvælende om natten, Men ærligt talt, det var så fredeligt og havde smukke udsigter over Cortona, Ville helt sikkert komme tilbage!
