Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, goed uitgeruste keuken. Cabris is een leuk plaatsje, goede restaurants, wel alleen te doen met de auto gezien de steile berg, dat was wel jammer
Our second time here with grown up children and grandchildren in August 2022. Very nice villa in pleasant surroundings. Building work on the adjacent site is now largely complete so less noise than two years ago but the entrance driveway is still unmade. There is a new dishwasher and American fridge-freezer which is good. However, unlike last time, we were only provided with one set of remote control keys for the two sets of access gates which made life difficult as we are two families with three cars all wishing to go out in different directions. This meant that someone had to be in the house at all times to provide access which was not very convenient. We asked for more remote controls but we're told none were available. The mixer tap in the kitchen is still loose and requires someone with a spanner to tighten it up and the pool has not been comprehensively cleaned during our stay (last time someone cleaned it halfway through the holiday). The house is very well equipped and reasonably well maintained for a rental but sun beds and umbrellas are all in need of upgrading (all umbrellas were partially broken). Wonderful views down the rolling mountains to the bay of Cannes and a very nice terrace with barbecue for warm evenings. Overall we had another enjoyable stay and these comments are not complaints, just constructive observations.
Dear Mr Laming, I only now saw your review on the Belvilla site and thank you for taking the trouble to do so. The 'big' fence was installed in June and is in fact a materialisation of the domain Sainte Thérerèse. Access, as you noticed, is unfortunately not well regulated. From a distance, I have not been able to resolve this either. My apologies for this. The asphalting that should have taken place in July was postponed to October at my request, because the access road could not be used for one day; and I could not do that to my guests. I am aware of the fault with the mixer tap in the kitchen; a Quooker, which gives cold as well as hot and boiling water, will be installed in October. The parasols are another problem: a strong wind called the mistral regularly blows on the Côte d'Azur. Guests often forget to fold the parasols. With the spare parasols available, we unfortunately do not manage to have good parasols available all the time. Your comments about the sunbeds are not known to me, but will certainly have my attention when I am back at Villa Nova after the season. Mooie villa, veel ruimte, lekker zwembad
First class villa in a prime location with wonderful views and easy access to shops and local attractions. We loved the large size of the property which both inside and outside was first class in terms of its quality, amenities, fixtures and fittings, cleanliness and helpfulness of the owner's representatives.
Omgeving en accommodatie zeker in orde. Spijtig dat naast de woning een bouwproject opgestart was met heel veel lawaai. Elke ochtend voor 08:00 al bulldozers bezig en regelmatig ingang versperd door zand of vrachtwagens waardoor we verplicht waren onze auto op straat te laten staan.
U heeft gelijk; tijdens een periode dat u in onze villa zaten was de buurman bezig met het aanleggen van bekabeling langs de toegangsweg. Aangezien deze werkzaamheden werden uitgevoerd door het gemeentelijk waterleidingbedrijf en deze gepland waren, was uitstel van deze werkzaamheden onmogelijk. Het spijt ons zeer dat u daar last van heeft gehad. Gelukkig waren deze werkzaamheden van korte duur en zijn deze activiteiten inmiddels afgerond.
Prachtige omgeving, mooie ligging villa,
Prachtig huis met spectaculair uitzicht, vooral ook ‘s-avonds. Enorm fijn en groot zwembad. Ruime kamers, mooie badkamers en modern interieur. Vriendelijk ontvangen, maar bij weggaan wel enige communicatie storing. Cabris is een leuk bergdorpje met genoeg restaurantjes, kortom een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

SUBLIEM UITZICHT ZEER RUSTIG GELEGEN EN GEEN INKIJK. ECHT EEN AANRADER!!!
Super mooie uitzichten! De weg naar het huis was super stijl maar dat gaf wel iets extra. Wel spijtig dat het zwembad nog gekuist moest worden als we aankwamen - chloor en opkuis. Dus we konden er niet direct van genieten. Spijtig voor ons hadden we niet zo een goed weer (3e week mei) maar de eigenaars hadden hout voor de openhaard voorzien wat heel romantic was
Accommodatie erg mooi en netjes verzorgt. uitzicht naar de kust en lager gelegen dorp was subliem. Ruime slaapkamers, goed verzorgt en compleet. Garage gebruik voor auto was ook prettig. Nadeel vonden wij dat je alles met de auto moest doen, huis lag aan een hele steile weg waar nauwelijks gelopen kon worden, dorp lag ook te ver om te lopen, huis ligt best afgelegen. In de avond was het op het buiten terrein erg donker, alleen aan de zwembad zijde was permanent licht, aan de voorzijde van het huis kon geen permanent buitenlicht aan.
Geachte heer Broertjes, Dank voor het delen van uw ervaring in onze villa, dat stellen wij zeer op prijs. Uw kritiek op het feit dat de voorkant van het huis onvoldoende permanent verlicht is, delen we met u. Binnenkort, voor het einde van dit jaar, wordt er verlichting aangebracht aan de voorzijde. Bij zowel de oprit als aan de gevels van het huis. Deze wordt aangestuurd door een sensor: wanneer het donker wordt schakelt de verlichting automatisch aan. Met vriendelijke groet, Hans van Holten
