Casa vacanze con piscina, sauna e vista panoramica sul mare a Lynderup. Il cottage si trova in alto con fantastiche viste panoramiche sul fiordo. La piscina di 12 mq è coperta e dispone di un istruttore di nuoto. Dalla sala biliardo si accede direttamente all'ampio terrazzo con doccia. Il cottage è una casa molto spaziosa con soffitti alti. Cucina con i.a. piano cottura in vetroceramica, frigo/freezer, cappa aspirante e lavastoviglie. Il soggiorno è arredato con mobili confortevoli e una zona pranzo, TV a schermo piatto e connessione internet wireless gratuita. C'è anche un soppalco con divano e una TV extra. Il bagno della casa è dotato di doccia e c'è anche una lavatrice. La sauna è per 2 persone. Il terrazzo fa tutto il giro della casa e quindi si può sempre trovare sole e riparo. Il sole sorge sul retro della casa dove c'è un'uscita dalla cucina. Il sole si muove intorno alla parte anteriore della casa ed è lì fino al tramonto. La terrazza coperta ha una tenda da lettura su entrambi i lati. In relazione al fatto che ci sono vicini, la permanenza in casa e sul terrazzo è molto indisturbata. Sul prato paesaggistico c'è un piccolo falò. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.
Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in. Questo deposito copre i costi dei consumi durante il soggiorno e di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi utilizzati. L’importo finale sarà adeguato in base alle letture effettive dei contatori, all’utilizzo reale dei servizi extra, e l’eventuale saldo residuo verrà rimborsato entro 21 giorni dalla partenza.
We had a wonderful week with the family in July at the Hjarbæk Fjord, near Skals (DK). Every day we had sun, no rain and that at 20 to 23 degrees Celsius. Ideal for us! There were five of us in Denmark, including three children (10-15 years). We were able to enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool (29.5 degrees Celsius). We did not use the sauna. I think the price/quality ratio is moderate (6-) and the warmth/hospitality is in contrast to what we have always experienced in Flanders. What was great? • The location of the holiday home and the view over the lake is fantastic. • The indoor swimming pool, of course! • The carport is very pleasant (keeps the car cool). • The large veranda incl. 2-person hammock. What was disappointing?! • You don't see anyone on arrival and departure (in Denmark you must deal with Belvilla). You receive a very brief explanation about the house. • The beds are mediocre. We slept in the left bedroom on a three-quarter bed (120 or 140 cm wide). o There was a topper, but no mattress (!!) underneath (I have never seen that before). o The duvet cover (from the linen package, which is recommended because of the towels and tea towels) for a double bed does not fit well. The fitted sheet (from the linen package) does not fit well either. o Sleeping with two people on a three-quarter bed in such a small space has proven difficult. That was disappointing. • The maintenance of the holiday home is mediocre: o Worn chairs (inside and outside). o Broken swimming pool door. o Bathroom roller blinds without cord. • Many of the instructions/descriptions in the house are incorrect: o The information about sorting waste is very confusing. The two (!) different instructions in the house differ from the containers present at various central locations. o The instructions for the sauna also do not correspond to reality. o The television does not work properly. We were unable to watch regular TV programs. Good to know • Lynderup Strand 10 is located on a gravel path, approximately 1.2 km from the paved road. • Bring your own garbage bags, rubbish bags and bags for green waste (there is nothing in the house). • A small washing machine is available (not described anywhere).

Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht, Der Blick von der tollen Terrasse ist absolut super, die Umgebung wunderschön und das Haus strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, Der Pool ist sowieso ein Highlight und optimal für Kinder, die gerade schwimmen lernen, Einfach ein traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann!

The view of the fjord and the sunsets are amazing, The terrace is huge and well equipped, The pool and sauna are great, There are good reading lights in the main room, The bedrooms and beds are very small which is ok if it's just two people, The dish washer does not do a good job so we had to prewash or post-wash which was a drag, Having the only toilet in the bathroom is not the best option,
