Al primo piano 3 camere da letto matrimoniali elegantemente arredate, ognuna con bagno interno e precedute da un bellissimo atrio , e di una graziosa mansarda con 3 lettini, sempre con bagno.
All'esterno ampio giardino ombreggiato da numerose querce ed olivi, attrezzato di tavoli, barbecue ed ulteriore forno a legna posto in una graziosa depandance.
Possibilità di ospitare cavalli in box.
Dalla Meridiana si raggiungono facilmente località turistiche come Fano, Cattolica, Riccione e Rimini per chi ama il mare ; città d'arte universalmente conosciute come Urbino, Città di Castello, Arezzo, Gradara, San Marino per chi ama la cultura, e per chi ama la natura e il verde i boschi delle Cesane, il Santuario di Fonte Avellana, le Grotte di Frasassi.
We had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. We received a very friendly welcome from our hosts. The check-in was uncomplicated and pleasant. Beatrice and Umberto introduced us to all the important things. Also the welcome drinks in the fridge. The rooms were lovingly furnished and very clean. The bathrooms were also inviting and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and very cozy. Keeping such a large area in such good condition is certainly a laborious task. Especially with our children, the time on the estate was wonderful. The chickens, horses, pigeons and the dog Diablo were a highlight for our two kids. The hosts were always available for us. I'm sure any problems that arose would have been solved immediately. We really enjoyed the week and highly recommend this place.

In een woord fantastisch
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer extrem schönen Landschaft in einem wunderschönen Haus. Die Umgebung ist voll von Ausflugszielen für Kulturinteressierte (Assisi, Perugia, Urbino, Gradara,...) und das Meer ist auch ganz nah (sehr empfehlenswert ist der Bereich unterhalb von Ancona).
Das Haus liegt ruhig, etws abseits und hat Pferde und Hühner auf dem Geläbnde, die jedoch nicht stören. Im Haus wohnt ein älteres sehr nettes Ehepaar. Die Küche ist mit 6-Flammen Gasherd, Backofen und Holzofen gut ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer - das ist sehr bequem. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Die Strände sind in ca. 20 min über eine Schnellstrasse zu erreichen. Das ganze Gebiet ist wunderschön! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!!!!
