Detached cottage located in a cottage area with wonderful views of Granfjällsstöten and the mountains all the way to the Norwegian side. On the entrance level, you will find a large terrace that runs from the entrance around the corner of the house to the kitchen window. A large and spacious hall with a storage room for, among other things, outerwear. Part of the hall has a corner with washing machine, dryer and a drying cabinet. A large living room with a wood burning stove, sofa and a TV. In the part closest to the open kitchen, there is a large dining area for 12 people. The kitchen opens up into the living room and is fully equipped. A bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a sauna. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with toilet and shower adjacent to the room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, 120 cm wide lower part and a single bed above. One room in the house is private and only for the owners use. On the upper floor, there is a large loft with two bedrooms, a double bed in each room. A sleeping alcove with a double bed and two thick single mattresses (extra beds). Welcome to a beautiful cottage perched high with a beautiful view of the mountains. Stöten is known for its wildly beautiful nature. You are close to the foot of the mountain for nice hikes. Try your fishing luck in Görälven, which flows in from the Norwegian side and becomes one with Dalälven. Why not rent a canoe and try paddling, you can often see a beaver or an otter. Bring or rent a bike, Rörbäcksnäs is known for its fine trails. Or, just be one with the surroundings and the beautiful nature.
Het door ons gehuurde huis had veel ongemakken. Hele erge slechte bedden; slechte stoelen en banken. Onderstaand een lijst zoals ik deze tijdens ons verblijf heb gestuurd om de eigenaar aan te geven dat er bepaalde dingen aan het huis niet klopten. Niet als kritiek maar omdat we het zonde vinden als een huis niet goed wordt onderhouden. Helaas vatte de eigenaar van het huis het op als zware kritiek. Erg jammer. Belvilla maakte zich er zeer makkelijk vanaf. Er waren welgeteld 29 lampen in en om het huis die het niet deden. Het heeft ons verblijf maar deels beïnvloed maar goede slaap en zitcomfort is wel heel belangrijk. Wat ons nog van het hart moet is dat het huis in een groot skigebied ligt. Het totale skigebied was leeg (15.000 bedden). Er was dus ook NIEMAND die wist dat wij in het huis verbleven. Wat ons betreft MAG dit huis NIET buiten het skiseizoen worden verhuurd. Bij een calamiteit is er niemand aanwezig. Overdag waren er beneden in het dal een paar onderhoudsmensen aan het werk maar na 4 uur 's middags was er niemand. Wij zaten van alles verlaten boven op de berg. Dit is onverantwoorde verhuur. Uiteindelijk zijn we op dinsdag 20 mei jl. vertrokken ipv op zaterdag 25 mei.. Onze lichamen konden het slechte slapen en slechte zitten niet meer aan. Dat is spijtig en kosten verhogend. 'Good afternoon, In the house that we rent in Stöten (Solhyttan 16) there are a number of things worth reporting: - Room thermostates do not function properly - The lamps above the shower in the bathroom does not work. - 1 lamp above the sink in the bathroom is broken - The lamps in the corridor to the master bedroom do not work - The table lamp on the cupboard in the sitting room is broken - No information manual on the use of the house available (was there but completely empty) - The bin in the bathroom has no inside bucket - There is no bucket available (for mopping floors etc) - No sun umbrella is available - The toilet in the bathroom had not been cleaned well (poop streak in the pot) - Outside in front of the house there was a lot of dirt (stars, cigarette butts) - There is no broom available - Toilet roll holder in the bathroom is broken and loose - Water leaks under the bathroom furniture in the bathroom - Only one of all the outside lamps works, all the other lamps do not work - The windows have not been cleaned for a long time (dirt and spiderwebs) - Tooth paste on wall bathroom master bedroom and on the right bedside table - Sofas have not been cleaned in a long time' Groet, Pim de Bruijn & Carry Schepman
