Entrate in questa spaziosa casa vacanze a Ruiselede, che può ospitare comodamente fino a 9 persone in 4 camere da letto. Precedentemente ristrutturata nel 2010, la proprietà combina carattere e comfort moderni, tra cui Wi-Fi, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde e un accogliente soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e camino. Il giardino soleggiato e la terrazza invitano al relax, mentre i bambini possono divertirsi nella sala giochi attrezzata con giochi. Il parcheggio può ospitare fino a 4 auto e sono ammessi al massimo 2 animali domestici, rendendola ideale per vacanze in famiglia o ritiri di gruppo.
Attività all'aperto panoramiche
Gli amanti della natura apprezzeranno la zona circostante, con sentieri forestali a pochi passi e percorsi segnalati per escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e in mountain bike. La proprietà offre anche un punto di ricarica per biciclette elettriche. Un lago a soli 3 km di distanza offre la possibilità di nuotare d'estate, mentre fattorie locali e mulini panoramici arricchiscono l'esperienza di campagna. Gli ospiti possono esplorare città vicine come Gand e Bruges, o godersi le attrazioni culturali di Hostens Mill e Knok Mill. Sono inoltre disponibili laboratori locali, come la pittura acrilica, per una giornata creativa.
Ristorazione ed esperienze locali
Per mangiare fuori, ristoranti e negozi si trovano a soli 800 metri dalla casa. Le famiglie possono organizzare picnic o barbecue nel giardino recintato, oppure gustare un brunch in terrazza. Dopo una giornata di esplorazione, rilassatevi nella sauna a infrarossi o nella doccia a vapore.
Large, old fashioned, rustic bungalow. Good sized living spaces and bedrooms allowing party members to spread out or come together when needed. Family enjoyed the bar billiards. Odd layout of rooms with kitchen being attached to a utility room containing the fridge and hob, but kettle, sink and convention oven in kitchen, therefore to make a cup of tea you would have to boil the kettle in one room, go to the other to get milk from the fridge. I washed all crockery and utensils in advance of using them as they were sticky in places and not overly clean. There were no store cupboard basics such as oil, herbs which you generally find in most rental homes. One shower did not work which meant we had only one small shower room between 7 adults for four nights, being told it would not be possible to get someone out over the Easter weekend to fix the other. We provided all our own toilet roll and brought our own towels. You are advised in advance of charges on arrival ( you need to bring cash for this - amount did not match the amount we had been advised by Belvilla (210 euro). - owners had WhatsApp’d us to let us know the amount to bring (485 euro), so we were prepared. We received a picture of some meter readings in advance but did not see the actual meter, and received no picture at the end. We did not have the heating on at all throughout our stay and did receive a partial refund of the cash we paid on arrival three days after our trip direct to our bank account. Be prepared for a larger cost if you hire in the winter. There are extra charges for sheets, cleaning. ( This is included/ part of the cash payment you have to bring with you) The parking area to the back of the house is a shared area with the owners who use the drive to access their garage. You cross this to access the garden, which does not directly back on to the bungalow. No garden furniture in garden, you would have to carry chairs across from the house if you wished to sit in the garden. There is a small terrace at the back of the bungalow with seating. I would not return to this property .
Groot en ruimtelijk huis. Ietwat gedateerd. Maar prima woning. Goede bedden. Prima badkamers. Fijn Pinksterweekend gehad.
Een blaffende hond verwelkomde ons. Die hond blaft telkens als je buitenkomt, vooral als de eigenaars niet aanwezig zijn. Het huis was redelijk proper. De keuken is ongerieflijk maar doenbaar. De slaapkamers waren goed. De afwasmachine was onhygiënisch vuil. Mevrouw reageerde op een vraag om een extra rolletje WC papier nogal krenterig:” Hier heeft u een rol maar wij moeten dat niet voorzien je kan deze zeer gemakkelijk halen is in een nabijgelegen winkel”. De heer des huizen rijdt veel op en af de koer (die we delen met de eigenaars) en dat is geen probleem; wel dat hij snel komt aangereden. Gezien de kleinkinderen daar soms speelden of net van of naar de tuin kunnen lopen leek me dat een beetje onveilig. Blijkbaar hebben de eigenaars geen reserve sleutel. Als huurder krijg je geen inzicht over je elektriciteitsverbruik en wordt er d’office een hoge vaste prijs aangerekend. Waarom we een stand van de meter kregen bij onze aankomst is ons dus een raadsel. De schoonmaakploeg moet ook speciaal zijn want die kost 110€. We hebben dus zeker gemengde gevoelens.
Het spijt ons oprecht dat u niet geheel tevreden was met uw verblijf met name over de kosten voor het electriciteitsverbruik. Wij sturen voorafgaande aan uw verblijf de meterstand en een overzicht van de te betalen kosten ter plaatse. Dit document wordt door onze gasten ondertekend en na afloop van het verblijf wordt het verbruik verrekend om misverstanden te voorkomen. Tijdens uw verblijf is er een sleutel zoek geraakt, dat kan gebeuren. Wij hebben dan ook direct een sleutel bij laten maken. De kosten van schoonmaak worden zowel bij boeking als op uw verblijfsticket kenbaar gemaakt zodat deze informatie vooraf bij onze gasten bekend is. Wij hopen dat u, ondanks uw opmerkingen, toch heeft kunnen genieten van uw verblijf.

Ik was vergeten een kortingscode in te vullen, een mailtje gestuurd en de situatie uitgelegd, volgende dag al een nieuwe factuur ontvangen, gecorrigeerd en al, Prima service,

Accommodation fair but bit dusty in places. No cooker so harder to cook for 9 people! Owners very helpful.
Aankomst volgens plan de huiseigenaren wonen ernaast dus de sleutel ophalen was zo gepiept. Huis lag aan de doorgaande weg maar die is niet erg druk. Omgeving was landelijk. Brugge 25km of Gent 30km is niet ver weg. Prima fietsplek, de fietsknooppunten beginnen zo ongeveer voor het huis.

A group of 7 cyclists. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. The hosts were very welcoming and their presence on the neighbouring property made everything smooth.

We are a family with three older (late teen\/early twenty) sons, and found the property very spacious and comfortable for our week's holiday. Everything was in good order, very clean and well equipped. We spent a lot of time travelling around and found the property in Ruiselede very well situated for visiting the coast, Brugge, Gent and Brussels. We even made it to Rotterdam to see the windmills at Kinderdijk, and to Ypres for the last post ceremony. Ruiselede is a nice quiet little town with all the facilities you would expect, including three bakeries for those all important morning walks out for breakfast. Many thanks to Lucrece and Roger for welcoming us and making an enjoyable stay for us.
Met 6 personen hebben we hier onze midweek doorgebracht.Onze gastheer - en vrouw waren zeer vriendelijk, zelfs mochten we hun eitjes rapen. Ze hielpen waar nodig. Het huis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen de wifi verbinding lukte alleen op de slaapkamer.Duur vonden wij de kosten voor reiniging(€ 110) ,eletric en verwarming. We hebben hier 5 dagen,met goed weer genoten met o.a. fietsen en een dagje Brugge.
Het huis is erg ruim van binnen en alles ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Eigenaar is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Huurprijs was prima totdat we geconfronteerd werden met een verbruiksafrekening die hoger was dan het huurbedrag. Waarschuwing voor wintergasten: de stookkosten zijn extreem hoog!

Ons weekendje was meer dan geslaagd! Het huis was zeer netjes en de mensen waren zeer vriendelijk.
