Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet, Die Lage war perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und eine super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um nach Dubrovnik zu kommen, Für uns als Familie war es insgesamt eine perfekte Ferienwohnung,

Fantastic Stay!Tatjana was a fantastic host, She provided lots of information on things to do during our stay in Dubrovnik, The bus stop is located right outside the apartment and takes approximately 15 minutes to the old town, It costs 15kn per trip and runs quite frequently, We also had a car rental which we could park safely outside the apartment for free, The pool and spa was a special added bonus which we really enjoyed, A 10/,10 stay from us - thank you,

This is a very clean appartement that is well-equiped, Tatiana is very friendly and she gave us very good tips to visit dubrovnik, Perfect location to visit Dubrovnik although there is not much animation naar the appartement in the evening,

All perfect, Good value for money, Tatiana was an excellent owner, I received great indication on where to eat and how to move with local transport, The transfer to the old city has always been guaranteed in the best way with excellent frequency, Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and stylish with a lovely contemporary bathroom and everything we needed for our three night stay as a family of 4, Tatyana, our host was extremely welcoming and helpful, telling us about restaurants, things to do, transport details and even driving us to the port to get a boat to the island of Lokrum, It is an easy 20 min bus ride into the Old City but there are also one or two nice restaurants nearby in Rozat, The pool provided a welcome cooling off spot and although shared between potentially 4 apartments, we often had it to ourselves, Highly recommended - we had a lovely time,

We have been at villa roza for one fantastic week, The hostess,Tatjana was so helpful and kind, We are so greatful! The rooms had all it needed, It was clean and comfortable beds, The kids loved the pool and so did we, Great service and location, We will be back,

Nice appartment next to Dubrovnik, it's easy to go there by bus, The place is really clean, our hosts were nice and gave us good advices for our trip, There is a small river next to the appartment to have a walk, the view is amazing and sunny, The swimming pool is also a good place to take a rest,
