L'appartement est tout comme les images le décrivent : il est grand pour Paris, disposant de 2 chambres séparées dont une en sous-sol et 2 petites salles de bains très utiles, La cuisine est assez bien équipée pour préparer des repas, Le seul problème rencontré pendant le séjour était le chauffe-eau de l'étage supérieur qui s'éteignait, ce qui a empêché l'utilisation de la salle de bain à l'étage à cause de l'absence d'eau chaude, Mis à part cela, tout est conforme à l'annonce et nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un quartier bien desservi par les transports publics et entouré de suffisamment de magasins,
