The location is fantastic and the rooms are extremely spacious, It's a lovely one-story walk-up and very convenient to the North Station, All the amenities listed were present, Unfortunately, two of the showers had important parts broken - one had a handle that wouldn't turn on the water and another shower's drain was stuck, so we all had to use the same shower, Additionally, there was a cabinet door next to the toilet in the hallway that was completely off its hinges and just propped up, If bumped, it falls off and is heavy enough to cause injury, The communication through the third-party agency regarding check-in was very clear, The PDF they send states that the keys must be returned to a key station around the corner, but a local shopkeeper informed me that the station has been closed for over a year, I ended up returning the keys to the original box, and everything turned out fine,

We rented this apartment for a few days while renovation work was being done in our own apartment, I'll start with the positive: the apartment was spacious, clean, and the communication with the managers was excellent (very responsive), On the negative side: the magenta boulevard is obviously very noisy, which literally prevents you from opening the windows even though it was very hot during our stay, The apartment is in good general condition but the equipment is a bit random, with several small things needing repair, Lastly, there are no shutters but thick curtains, which could be important to know,
