The accommodation was pleasant, featuring cleanliness and appealing decoration, The beds provided comfort, During our summer stay, one attractive feature was the provision of air conditioning in the flat, However, we encountered an issue as the air conditioning was non-functional during our stay, forcing us to keep the windows open and thereby letting in street noise, We were fortunate due to relatively cooler weather, but it could have been unbearable during a hotter week, Although the hosts were prompt in responding to the issue, it remained unresolved, They provided a French manual which wasn't of much help and then suggested a link for me to troubleshoot the problem on my own, but I couldn't manage to fix it, Ultimately, it wasn't a major issue, but the absence of A/C and a high rental price was a bit disappointing, Additionally, there were no instructions for using the TV, which required us to spend time figuring that out with multiple messages to the host, Though they were prompt in responding, such information should have been provided beforehand, The beds were cozy and the location of the flat was suitable,

We recently spent 4 nights at this location, The property seemed almost brand new, possibly due to recent renovations, It was exceptionally clean and well equipped, The multi-step check-in process was a bit confusing at first, There was a crucial detail missing in the check-in guide, but we were able to figure it out quickly, The apartment offers high security with 3 locked doors before reaching the apartment's front door, There are approximately 30 small steps leading to the entryway which were always the final challenge after a day of exploring, Conveniently, there's a metro stop just about 30 yards away, Overall, we were extremely pleased with this property, It's one of the best we've had the delight to stay in, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again,
