Adore the setting! It's bustling yet quiet with the windows shut, A traditional Parisian structure, Just one flight of stairs, nothing to worry about, Secure entrance area, Nearby bars with live music, The apartment is spacious, capable of accommodating three couples with its three private bedrooms, It's vibrant and spotless, Just a 5-minute walk from Centre Pompidou, Thanks team for yet another wonderful stay!

The flat is situated in an excellent location and the Marais is a fantastic area brimming with bars, eateries and just a 12-minute walk from the Louvre, We had some issues with the dishwasher, it was not functioning properly, the utensils were not thoroughly cleaned, Apart from this, I would highly recommend the flat, it is perfect for 6 individuals, If you intend to do a lot of cooking, keep in mind that the kitchen is only equipped with basic utensils, Nonetheless, we would opt for this lodging time and again,

Compact, comfortable, tidy flat and ideal for 3 to 6 individuals, Excellent location, Communication with the host is superb, Self-service check-in is operational, However, remember to bring your own coffee (Nespresso), oil, salt etc, if you plan to prepare meals,,,

L'appartement était extrêmement propre et bien arrangé, L'administration de l'appartement par Checkmyguest s'est bien passée aussi (réactivité, clarté,,,), Cependant, les deux chambres donnant sur la rue étaient plutôt bruyantes (fenêtres mal isolées) et la luminosité était assez faible comparée à ce qu'on voit sur les photos,

Unfortunately, opening the door was a bit tricky, You have to get dressed first while the engine is running and then push hard, The towels were incredibly soft, There was no sponge for washing dishes and the dishwasher was unfortunately not working, However, a sponge was quickly provided and everything else was really good, The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, The apartment was generally clean, but it seemed like it had been a while since the last cleaning, as dust had already started to accumulate, Nonetheless, we would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again without hesitation,

A great place to start exploring Paris, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, interesting shops, and plenty of transportation, The team was quick to resolve any issues, although we had to wait a couple of hours for the cleaning to be finished, Joffrey offered to cover the cost of our coffees while we waited, We would definitely come back here, it was an incredible stay,

Fantastic location, right in the center, the host was friendly and quick to respond, no issues at all, & extremely tidy

Our stay at Joffrey's place was delightful, The location is truly exceptional! So close to everything, including the metro and attractions, The accommodation may look slightly different in person, but it's still a lovely place to stay! With 2,5 bathrooms, it was a pleasant surprise! Perfect for larger groups, just like ours, There was a creaky floorboard that never failed to make me smile whenever I stepped on it! We unexpectedly ran out of toilet paper, which was inconvenient, especially considering we were charged extra after adjusting the number of guests, Unfortunately, the WiFi router stopped working halfway through our stay and we couldn't troubleshoot it, We also couldn't locate the remote for the TV, which was disappointing, Nevertheless, the host was very friendly and attentive!

We encountered an issue with the hot water and the dryer, which is a combination washer/dryer, took a long time to dry our clothes, forcing us to go to a laundromat and causing us to miss our flight, We were unfamiliar with this type of dryer and there were no instructions provided, Additionally, there was a lack of basic cleaning supplies like paper towels, spray, or dish towels, Apart from that, everything else was wonderful,

Proximity to the subway station and restaurants/bars, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are rare to come by in Paris and this is an excellent choice, I wholeheartedly recommend it, Some amenities are provided but I suggest bringing your own soap, shampoo, etc, Additionally, I had trouble using the washer/dryer so I suggest asking for assistance if you plan to use it,

My family and friends enjoyed their stay at this CheckMyGuest for 3 nights, All 6 of us were comfortable in the space, which could easily accommodate 8 with the pull-out couch in the living room, I was particularly pleased to find 2 showers and 2 toilets in the apartment, which was hard to come by when looking for accommodations for our large group, The apartment was impeccably clean and matched the pictures exactly, The location is excellent, very close to the city center and within short walking distance to Chatelet and Centre Pompidou, My only issue was that the door could be challenging to open at times, When you enter the code on the keypad, the door unlocks and then locks again, You have a few seconds to open the door after it unlocks before it locks again, However, I liked that access to the apartment was completely electronic, With our large group, we didn't always want to do everything together, so people were coming and going at different times, and it was convenient for us to enter and exit without having to worry about who had a physical key, Overall, I would stay at this location again and recommend it to others looking to stay in Paris,

All good, Modern apartment just as described, Very well located to see the city, Supermarket nearby and places to eat, The only negative point I would mention is the lack of soundproofing from the outside, as at night the noise can make it difficult to sleep at times,

It was a very pleasant experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, It was tidy, close to the metro, and surrounded by many charming bars! It's just a pity that we were only able to check in at the apartment at 3 am and the maid was still cleaning at 4 pm, A towel for drying the dishes would also come in handy, Other than that, everything was great and we have no complaints!

This CheckMyGuest is located perfectly! The beds are comfortable, but the floors can be cold, so remember to bring some slippers! Additionally, there are towel warmers in every bathroom, which is delightful!

The apartment itself is amazing… Absolutely perfect, Communication was excellent up until two days before my journey when I couldn't reach anyone to answer my question about early check-in despite being instructed to contact them then, On the day of my trip, I also struggled to get in touch with the host for confirmation, The linen delivery was extremely delayed, and we couldn't check into our CheckMyGuest until two hours after our originally scheduled check-in time, making us late for our dinner on the first night, I attempted to reach out to the host post-trip to inquire if there were any possibilities, but received no response after several tries,

We really enjoyed our stay, It was very clean, However, it is located opposite the police station and therefore it was quite noisy, One bedroom is interior, so there is no window to open,
