Booked through VRBO but messages from Belvilla and check my guest. No real host to connect-tried email, text, phone and what’s app. First day person who greeted us did not speak English; showed us the lockbox to put the key in when we departed. She never showed us how to use the heat or any other amenities. The first night we slept without heat in the first room. WiFi also did not work. I tried to contact someone but there was no answer on even though SOS line. The next day, there was a leak in the kitchen. Water on the floor and we have no idea from where. We cleaned it up and tried again to communicate-no luck. I took pictures of the floor which was already warped in the same area because this must be an ongoing problem. The last night I got a phone call from someone telling me about going to a separate location to leave the key. I tried to explain that we were leaving at 6:45 am and no one would be at that location until 7 am. They told me to wait until 7 am to return the key. At 7 o’clock my husband went to the location and no one was there. We went back at 7:30 and no one was there. During our stay at the lock box by the door had been removed. Overall terrible communication.

The apartment was adequate for us (4 adults) for a week, The location is superb, with easy access to transport, markets, and eateries, The neighborhood is peaceful, The apartment was tidy and functional, It's perfect for those with limited mobility as it's on the ground floor without stairs, Negatively, there was no flexibility in check-in and check-out, Contrary to the advertisement, there was no washing machine, There was a lack of information upon check-in, such as the wifi password and how to lock the door, These issues could easily be resolved with an information guide in the apartment, Overall, our experience was positive and we'd return, The value for money was good!

In general, we were happy, The communication was good overall, thank you for being accommodating with the number of guests! br/However, there was a lot of dust in the wardrobe, There was no oil, vinegar, or pepper, even though it was listed, the facilities provide the basics, but cooking with many people can be challenging, A dishwasher would be greatly appreciated! The apartment is on the ground floor, which we were unaware of (possibly overlooked), br/The location is excellent, but the price is slightly high for the accommodation overall, br/Friendly cleaning staff, thank you for being flexible on departure!

Me and a few friends stayed at this location for a weekend in Paris and absolutely loved it! The check-in instructions were extremely clear and despite being slightly outside the city center (a 40-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or 10/15 minutes on the metro), there are 2 metro stations located almost next door, We were very impressed with the place - it was beautifully decorated, felt secure, and was spotless!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Joffrey, l'entrée des lieux s'est faite parfaitement (attention tout de même à spécifier dans l'annonce que pour sortir de la résidence, il faut appuyer sur la serrure de la porte de la résidence), nous n'étions pas habitués à ce système, Points positifs : - les deux lits qui sont des king size 180x200 et non Queen size 160x200, les matelas sont d'un confort extraordinaire, nous avons dormi comme des bébés, - bien isolé de l'extérieur, Points négatifs : - la ventilation de la salle de bain était très sale (probablement un oubli), - la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans la pièce principale malgré le thermostat en mode climatisation, sinon dans les chambres impeccable, - Le support de papier toilette est mal fixé, il se décroche du mur d'un côté, - attention le stationnement dans la rue est à 1€20 les 15 minutes, et bon courage pour les parkings aux alentours qui facturent extrêmement cher, 4€80 par heure en moyenne, prévoyez le budget, à savoir : pensez à réserver 3 jours à l'avance si vous prévoyez de visiter le Louvre ou la Tour Eiffel, Sinon, dans l'ensemble, malgré ces petits désagréments, nous sommes très satisfaits du logement et de notre choix chez Joffrey, je recommande, 😉 Mickael
We spent 2 nights at Joffrey's place, the check-in was done perfectly (please note that it should be specified in the listing that to exit the residence, you need to press the lock on the residence door), we were not familiar with this system, Positives: - the two beds which are king size 180x200 and not Queen size 160x200, the mattresses are extraordinarily comfortable, we slept like babies, - well isolated from the outside, Negatives: - the ventilation in the bathroom was very dirty (probably an oversight), - the air conditioning does not work in the main room despite the thermostat being in cooling mode, otherwise in the bedrooms it works perfectly, - The toilet paper holder is poorly fixed, it detaches from the wall on one side, - be aware that street parking costs 1€20 every 15 minutes, and good luck with the surrounding parking lots that charge extremely high prices, on average 4€80 per hour, plan your budget accordingly, Note: remember to book 3 days in advance if you plan to visit the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower, Otherwise, despite these minor inconveniences, we are very satisfied with the overall accommodation and our choice at Joffrey's, I recommend, 😉 Mickael
