Fantastic flat, All facilities are in impeccable condition, The interior decor is splendid, Ample storage space, which can make extended stays comfortable, The bathroom and linen are of superior quality, and all appliances (from silverware to kitchen tools including glasses or washing machines) are premium, The listing can easily accommodate 6 guests as stated, although it might feel a bit cramped if so, The only potential downside may be its ground floor location with some windows facing the main street, causing it to lack natural light and be somewhat noisy when windows are open,

A really pleasant, clean, and cozy apartment with remarkable showers, Everything appeared fresh, unlike the building itself, We encountered a couple of insignificant problems which were quickly resolved, We had trouble locating the cutlery drawer since it was so well concealed, A dishwasher would be a great addition for those interested in cooking,

Notre escapade à Paris a été une belle réussite ! Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est moderne, superbement équipé et pleins de caractère, et surtout idéalement situé, Nous avons pu profiter des boutiques et de l'atmosphère dans l'un des derniers « villages » parisiens, Les interactions avec notre hôte étaient très aisées, Je conserve cette adresse précieuse pour notre prochaine aventure à Paris ! Je recommande fortement ++++

The flat was just as magnificent as depicted in the pictures, It was spotless and well-kept, The instructions for check-in were straightforward and flawless, The beds provided extreme comfort, The rooms could be made completely dark by drawing the curtains, The showers were exceptionally spacious for Paris, and the water pressure was incredible! I would definitely choose to stay here again, However, some potential drawbacks for some could be the absence of insect screens (which is common in Europe), only one toilet despite having 2 showers, which could pose issues for larger groups, and a minimum 15-minute walk to the nearest three subway stations, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues, We encountered no problems at all and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciate you hosting us in such a fantastic flat!
