The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond, The apartment is roomy and matches the photos exactly, Our stay was a bit chilly and the apartment felt exceptionally cold, The host was incredibly understanding and clarified that the central heating is turned off in the apartment during the summer months (which is common in older Parisian buildings), A compact space heater is available in one of the closets and might come in handy, The apartment is situated on the building's first floor, which is convenient as there's no need to use stairs or an elevator, There's a bathroom with a tub/shower downstairs, but the stairs leading there are quite narrow, There's no door to stop you from going downstairs, which could be slightly challenging when traveling with small children, The location is superb and the beds are cozy,

Fantastic location! The beds and pillows provided a comfortable sleep and our family had a wonderful night here, We wished we could have extended our stay! We were grateful for the possibility of an early check-in, and the host's warm welcome and tour of the place was appreciated, The shower/bathrooms were clean, and the air conditioning functioned perfectly on a hot day/night, Our family loved exploring the area and walking to our dinner location, We would absolutely book again!

It's a good choice for 3, but for 4 or more, be aware there's just one toilet, The location is superb, The check-in instructions were very clear, even though the key drop/pick-up is a block away, The support team is always there and proactive, However, the place seems hastily listed, perhaps due to the Olympics, Some small details are missing, like the lack of a toilet roll holder in the toilet, despite toilet roll being available, Most importantly, there's only one toilet in the two-bedroom apartment, It's advertised as a full-fledged bathroom, but it's just a bathroom with no attached toilet, This information should be clearly known to potential guests, The minor issues can be addressed by the hosts, making this a great choice, especially considering its cleanliness, but the above information should be useful for those making a decision,

The apartment offered all the elements that mattered to us: its nearby location to attractions, cafes/restaurants, and the Metro, its cleanliness, spaciousness and the presence of air conditioning (which is not usual in Paris), The beds were extremely comfortable and an entire basement was dedicated to an extra shower, Despite its central location, the apartment remained very peaceful (as it is located at the back of the building, away from the street), There was a minor issue with returning the key at the end of our visit, but I believe the host is considering a different system,

The stay was exceptional for me and my two grown-up kids - everything functioned perfectly and the flat was impeccably clean, The location was very pedestrian-friendly and we would undoubtedly choose to stay there in the future, The neighborhood was very appealing,

Our stay here was fantastic, The flat was roomy and the beds along with the pillows were cozy, It boasted a great location,,,just a few steps to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, and Jardin Des Plantes, A bit of a longer walk, but still manageable (if you enjoy walking during vacation) to the Louvre, and even to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomph (about an hour's walk each), There were numerous quality restaurants near the flat as well as facilities such as supermarkets and pharmacies, We had to communicate with the host a few times and they were quite prompt in their responses, Would certainly book this place again,

The apartment's location is fantastic, with restaurants and transportation readily available, It seemed as if the apartment had been recently renovated, making everything clean and fresh, However, the amenities were quite basic, There were only salt, pepper, and a few coffee pods, two tea towels, and one key for three guests, Make sure to look for a concealed drawer within the top kitchen drawer for your cutlery, We needed the host's assistance to locate it, This apartment is relatively new to Airbnb and appeared to have been hurriedly prepared for guests, If the host addresses these minor issues, I would readily recommend this apartment to future visitors,

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay! The accommodation was conveniently situated, with easy access to excellent eateries and popular tourist attractions, The host was prompt in responding to all of our queries from the moment we checked in, throughout our stay and until we checked out, It was accurately represented in the listing, and I'd without a doubt suggest it to others,
