Excellent location for a few days in Paris, Advantages: Bakery just beside and close proximity to the Pantheon, or the eateries on Rue Mouffetard, Beds are very comfy, main bathroom's shower is superb (we didn't try the one in our bedroom), Kitchen dishes were spotless, Kids really enjoyed the movie room, Host was exceptionally responsive, Drawbacks: There is a stale smell when you enter the apartment, likely due to inadequate ventilation (the front door windows can be opened but it faces a busy street and the window in the bedroom at the back opens to a trash bin), There seems to be some black mold on shower seals and wall corners in a few rooms, Air conditioning stopped working: even though technicians came on our first day to fix it, it broke down again within 24 hours, There was a white stain/mark on the cinema room floor which needs cleaning, Maybe they attempted to clean it and it's irremovable, as everywhere else was very clean,

Fantastic flat in a superb location, We greatly appreciated the warm showers, two bathrooms, and the downstairs cinema to unwind after wonderful days spent in the center of Paris,

The hosts were quick in responding when we requested a hairdryer and additional toilet paper, The bathroom layout is peculiar, with a shower inside the bedroom which isn't ideal for mold and dampness, There is a strong smell of mildew in the condo, Also, the master bedroom needs a blackout, There's a window facing the rear of the building and a sensor that continuously switches on a light every other minute all night, This could be very bothersome if you're a light sleeper! Barring the moldy smell and lack of a blackout in the bedroom, our stay could have been fantastic! The hosts were very attentive!

Everything was fine with our stay,,, we had some difficulty getting into the apartment because the key was in a locked box with a code in another building, and to enter that other building there were two doors also with codes,,, in short,,, rather confusing,,, The apartment is good, however with a fairly strong musty smell and visible mold on the bathroom walls,,,, The heater in the entrance hall was also not working,,,,

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the streets of Paris, The hosts were wonderful and provided helpful tips throughout our stay, The layout of the apartment was intriguing, as expected from the photos, The kitchen was charming and suitable for quick meals or snacks, and the cinema room was amazing, A tip for future guests: designate one person to retrieve the key from a nearby location, not at the apartment itself! (We misinterpreted the instructions and had to carry our luggage back and forth unnecessarily,) Remember to secure the windows and doors each night,

We had a fantastic time at this property for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers, The comfortable beds, AC, cleanliness, and excellent water pressure were all key factors for us, The master room even had a shower/sink combo, which was convenient, albeit a bit unusual, The coffee machine, ample towels, and prompt responses were also much appreciated, The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends, Just a couple of things to mention, The key to enter the property is located in a different spot, It’s just a short distance around the corner, but I overlooked that detail, When we first arrived, we were a bit confused, The directions didn’t align well on mobile either, This was our mistake, The instructions for finding the key were very clear and included pictures, We simply missed that the starting address was different, Also, the back bedroom is adjacent to a common area, There’s a motion sensor light that turns on and off at night, The curtains aren’t thick enough to block out the light completely, If you’re sensitive to light, we suggest using a sleep mask, We had ours with us, so it wasn’t an issue! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Joffrey was incredibly accommodating and supportive to us, We had difficulty understanding the AC, but he was very prompt in his responses and we managed to fix it, The house was distinct and situated on a street with numerous fantastic dining options, The beds were comfortable and the showers were pleasant, The theater was impressive, although we encountered issues with the television and couldn't make it work,

The location was fantastic, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, It was wonderful to have air conditioning during the hot days we were there, It was a relief to not have to climb any stairs to get in, The rooms were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the accommodation,

The location is unbeatable, The apartment is a bit quirky but the showers are powerful and the washer/dryer is excellent, Joffrey provides nice amenities for your convenience, such as toiletries, bottled water, and coffee, While the accommodations are simple and not meant for lounging around, it's Paris after all! Getting the key may require a bit of effort, but Joffrey's instructions are very clear if you pay attention, We enjoyed our stay,

Our stay at Joffrey’s place for a week was absolutely fantastic, The location was ideal for exploring the city, We were able to walk to most places except for the Marais and other distant neighborhoods, The neighborhood was vibrant with many college students, but the street itself was peaceful and we didn't experience any noise disturbances, The accommodation was exactly as described - clean and comfortable, The only small downside was the poor ventilation, which meant it took a while for the moisture to dry after showering, However, this was a minor issue compared to all the positive aspects, I highly recommend this place as a wonderful starting point for discovering Paris, Also, don't miss out on trying the Boulangerie next door, It was one of the highlights of our entire trip,

We had a fantastic time at Joffrey's place - the location was absolutely incredible! Close to amazing restaurants and the bakery nearby serves amazing food! The apartment was exactly as described, conveniently located on the ground floor making it easy for our luggage, and it even provided tea, coffee, and shower gels, The only drawback was the limited ventilation, but since we spent most of our time outside exploring, it wasn't a big issue,

The host was incredibly helpful during our stay, We were very satisfied with the level of service and communication, The apartment itself was decent, It was tidy but somewhat worn and damp in certain areas, It appeared to have experienced a lot of foot traffic in the past, With four adults and a toddler, the space was limited, However, this wasn't a big issue for us as we didn't visit Paris to spend time in the apartment, The best aspect of this place was its location, Situated directly across from the Pantheon and in close proximity to many fantastic dining and drinking establishments, Dining at the Boulangerie next to the apartment is a must (we dined there every day, sometimes more than once), Approximately an hour's walk to the Eiffel Tower, 45 minutes to Notre Dame, and a 30-minute walk to the Catacombs, Overall, it was a wonderful trip,

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location, The beds were very comfortable, and having 2 showers and 2 toilets for 6 people was perfect, Unfortunately, the internet for the TV in the downstairs cinema wasn't working, so we couldn't watch movies there, The bakery next door has delicious bread for breakfast, and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby, We parked our car at the nearby parking garage Indigo Neo at Soufflot Pantheon and didn't need it until we left for Denmark, It was very convenient, Overall, everything else in the apartment was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again,

Perfect location, peaceful, tidy, and just next to a Bakery, We informed Joffrey about a maintenance issue upon check-in, and he promptly sent someone to resolve it, He is extremely quick to respond and attentive, The back room can get a bit chilly, but the comforter takes care of that, The wifi signal is a bit weak in the back room, although it is sufficient for streaming Netflix, I'm not certain if it would support Zoom calls, The upstairs neighbors seem to be either very noisy or perhaps remote construction workers, Definitely would come back!

The apartment's location is fantastic, a true five-star experience, situated in the heart of the Latin Quarter, next to the Pantheon and just a short walk to Rue Mouffetard and Place de la Contrescarpe, The modern apartment is also of a very high standard, with comfortable beds, There are two showers (one in the bathroom, one en-suite with one of the bedrooms) + a toilet cubicle, providing ample privacy, On a rainy day or when feeling particularly tired, guests can enjoy the large TVs on the main floor (in the living room and one of the bedrooms) and another downstairs, all equipped with Netflix and international channels, Access is convenient, as there are no stairs - the apartment is on street level in a quiet neighborhood, Adjacent to the apartment is a delightful bakery & pastry shop, a must-visit,br/The only inconvenience was the delayed check-in, requiring a two-hour wait upon arrival, Nonetheless, the office staff were very helpful, although unresponsive to calls, they promptly returned my call upon receiving an email from my mobile phone, Remember to keep all the necessary information handy!br/For my next visit to Paris, I hope the apartment is available - I would love to holiday there again,
