Joffrey's residence is an ideal spot for discovering Le Marais and the surrounding region, It's convenient to reach the city center and there are effortless transportation connections to the major sights

Everything was excellent except for the stairs, being on the fourth floor and the stairs are very narrow, Other than that, everything was excellent,

Joffrey is an excellent host, always eager to assist and very welcoming, The location is superb! There are plenty of activities to enjoy, with fantastic restaurants nearby and close to many of Paris' attractions, Some areas for improvement: repair the air conditioning on the first floor and perhaps add a curtain to the shower on the first floor,

The apartment is a bit on the small side, It is spread over two levels, The bedroom upstairs has a sloping ceiling, so one must be cautious while moving around the foot of the bed to avoid hitting their head, There is a small shower and sink next to the bedroom upstairs, along with a separate small toilet room halfway up the stairs without a sink (a common feature in older European apartments), The ground floor comprises a full bathroom and a bedroom, The furniture is sufficient, A major advantage is the presence of two ductless air conditioners, one on the main level and the other in the bedroom upstairs, both of which work effectively, The apartment is located in a charming neighborhood with numerous restaurants within easy walking distance, There are also several small grocery stores nearby for food and drinks, The subway is a short walk away, providing excellent transportation in Paris, We opted to walk to many of the historical sites to explore more of the city, The owner is welcoming and quick to respond, I would definitely choose to stay here again,

Fantastic location in a wonderful and secure area, Charming flat with all the amenities we required (particularly the air conditioning, which was very useful during the unanticipated heat wave in September), Host was incredibly prompt and kind, We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the area is fantastic, with plenty of excellent eateries, bars, and charming stores, We would certainly return!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour l'arrivée et le départ, des instructions claires :) L'appartement était spacieux, les lits confortables et surtout extrêmement bien situé! Seul bémol, la climatisation de l'étage principal ne fonctionnait pas et l'appartement est au 4ème étage (83 marches,, nous les avons comptées!), cela devrait être mentionné dans l'annonce, quelqu'un qui n'est pas en forme pourrait avoir du mal à monter ,)

The apartment was accurately described and we are overall satisfied with our stay, However, we encountered an issue with the hot water running out after just one shower on the first night, We reached out to the host and were informed that the previous guest might have used up all the hot water, so we had to wait until the next day, This was confusing to us as the previous guest had checked out more than ten hours ago, On the second night, we attempted to use the shower again, but there was barely enough hot water for four quick showers, Additionally, the main ceiling light has exposed electrical wires and remains unresponsive despite trying all the light switches,

There were 5 people staying in the apartment for 5 nights, We arrived at 15:40 and were surprised to see the cleaning lady still there, even though check-in is at 15:00, The apartment was not very clean but well-equipped with everything we needed, The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping and very uncomfortable, making the apartment perfect for a maximum of 4 people, The stove top was locked and not working, despite sending a video, we received no assistance, leaving us without a stove for 6 days, The location is fantastic and bustling,

The room is well-lit and spotless, You can't beat the location, The communication was excellent, The washer and dryer were fantastic, as was the air conditioning, However, there is no Nespresso machine (which can make morning coffee a challenge) and there were no paper towels or tissues, The stairs are no laughing matter, as they are steep and spiral, Despite the lively and vibrant location, the unit is surprisingly quiet, It's a perfect spot for active travelers who pack light,
