Ho soggiornato qui con amici e ci è piaciuto molto il layout, I 40 m² erano perfetti per noi e la posizione vicino al Grand Éphémère Palais è stata un grande vantaggio,

Excellent location, tidy and contemporary apartment with an amazing host, Having 5 of us in this cozy space was a bit crowded and the staircases required caution, not recommended for families with kids or individuals with mobility issues, The lack of air conditioning and inefficient fans made sleeping uncomfortable during the hot Parisian weather, The apartment is mainly suitable for bed and breakfast, with limited facilities and equipment for 5 people, It would be more suitable for 1-2 guests, However, you are conveniently located near many fantastic and affordable dining options, Despite these issues, the location was fantastic, and the host was always attentive and helpful, We had a wonderful family vacation, thanks to this great apartment!

Our stay at this place was delightful, It was spotless, had all the necessary amenities, and was conveniently located in the city, The stairs inside the apartment are a bit steep! It didn't bother us, but it might be a concern for some, Thanks Joffrey

The apartment was lovely and easily accommodated 4 people, The staircase was a bit steep and narrow, but with assistance, we were able to navigate our luggage up and down! Joffrey was extremely helpful and quick to respond, There was a slight odor in the lower room, but he took prompt action to address it, Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thought the location was convenient and accessible, Highly recommended!

An excellent accommodation for our trip to Paris with my family of four including two children under 14, As mentioned by others, the stairs going up are child-friendly, but the stairs going down require some agility, It's best to keep large suitcases on the ground floor as it would be difficult / impossible to carry them up / down the stairs, Fantastic location with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance and a metro station nearby,

If you're an American visiting Europe, one thing to keep in mind is that the apartments don't have air conditioning and it can get very hot in the summer, This place would be perfect for a young couple, However, for a family, there were some challenges, The stairs were very small and narrow, and there was only one bathroom located on the ground floor, You couldn't carry bags down to the bedroom or up to the loft, which wasn't ideal, On the bright side, the apartment was very close to many dining options, It had a very authentic local vibe, which was also pretty cool, Just a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 2-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to get around, The beds were a bit small, but firm and comfortable, There was also a small washing machine for laundry, a fridge, and a kitchen, A fantastic choice if you're looking for a more "local" experience,

Exactly as I expected, The location is fantastic, just half a block from a bus stop and metro station, Bicycles can be rented everywhere, There's a wonderful bakery on the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, A supermarket is just one block away and it's only a 5-minute bike ride to the Eiffel Tower, The apartment can get a little warm during the day in summer, but it cools down nicely at night, The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit narrow, so may not be suitable for people with disabilities, The central location makes it an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again,

The host was very proactive and responsive to our requirements, The place is certainly snug, but being so close to the Metro and restaurants means you'll be spending most of your time exploring Paris! The stairs to the basement are very steep and narrow, so please be cautious with elderly and young visitors,

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic area, We really enjoyed visiting Merci Jerome for delicious pastries, the staff was welcoming and spoke excellent English, and the pastries were outstanding! We had an amazing time and the location was perfect for visiting the Eiffel Tower, The only problem we encountered was that the photos did not accurately depict how small the living space was, There were no stairs, and the ladder system proved challenging for my parents to navigate, This accommodation may not be suitable for larger individuals, elderly guests with mobility issues, or families with young children, It is better suited for younger groups traveling together for shorter stays, Despite these challenges, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris, The host was responsive, polite, and extremely helpful,

This CheckMyGuest was in a great location, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower with an easy check-in process, There are plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, We felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood at night and in the early morning, The bathroom being downstairs was a bit inconvenient due to the narrow and steep stairs, The stairs leading up to the loft bed were also steep, making it challenging to carry luggage, The metal garage door added a sense of security, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris,

Joffrey's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower! The basement bathroom was a bit tricky to get to with its steep and narrow stairs, The four of us had a comfortable stay and felt secure, We especially liked the metal garage door that locked us in for the night, it made us feel very safe,

Joffreys place was amazing, Checking in and out was a breeze, with many amenities that made our stay very comfortable, and the location is just incredible, Within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and numerous fantastic restaurants, this is the ideal spot for tourists looking to enjoy the best that Paris has to offer, I look forward to coming back on future visits!
