We just dropped the keys off. We cannot continue to stay at this property. I worked with VRBO until 2 AM to resolve the issues we were having Contaminated foul smelling water up from the shower drain and on to the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway floor. While we laid towels down to soak up the water, the smell, dirt, and hair from the water still remain. We have looked through the property's reviews and have seen that this has happened before. There is water damage in the floors and bathroom to prove an ongoing issue. We flagged this before and did not get a direct response to confirm that it would not happen again or that the issues were mitigated. Due to these issues the property is unhealthily, and uninhabitable. Furthermore, we have left several messages to you through VRBO's preferred correspondence, in app messaging, that have been unanswered. Communication as a whole has been lacking. We also noticed that despite advertising and confirming via VRBO messaging the property does not have a washer or an air conditioner. Fans do not usually constitute “air conditioning.” We have incurred an added expense to secure additional accommodations for tonight. We had 2 nights in Paris and the issues your property has taken up most of a day - which is very disappointing. We suggest that this property be removed from VRBO listings until the issues are fixed.
