Sarai a pochi passi dalle stazioni della metropolitana e dalle fermate degli autobus, rendendo facile muoversi nella Città delle Luci. All-in-all, we made it a good experience. However, as a party of four (2 adults, an 11 year-old, and a 17 year-old), I wouldn’t recommend it. This is a very decent place for perhaps a young couple or people who are used to little places (as it is the case for most Paris apartments). The kids took the main bedroom and shared the double size bed while we, the parents, had to convert the sofa-bed into a double bed and back into a sofa everyday, otherwise there just isn’t any room left. This is where the main concern was for us, the sofa-bed was old, quite dirty, but mostly very uncomfortable as a bed. It definitely needs to be changed. Second issue, the place was clean on the surface, but if you looked around, there was a lot of dust everywhere. The worst part was under the sofa-bed, where it must’ve been years since they’ve vacuumed under there, we would all sorts of stuff, broken glass, used tissues, and a lot of dust balls. Worth mentioning too, the place looks very different from the photos as it is very small, thanks to the wide lens camera photos on the website, it looks like it’s big. To end on a positive note, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathroom (smallest we had ever seen, and we’ve been places!) was the cleanest room in the apartment, the shower had good water pressure and temperature control, toilet flushed alright, etc. Also a great and convenient location in one of the best (IMHO) most underrated neighborhoods of Paris (Batignolles). Access was straightforward, but all automated, absolutely no communication, no response from any humans on my few tentatives to get a hold of someone. Wifi was available and functional the whole time. Voilà, to wrap up, I’d say this is a reasonably good place to stay for a young couple (in good shape, bigger people avoid at all cost), don’t do it if you’re a family, I would also avoid if you have allergies to dust, asthma or some sort of breathing issues.
The appartement was small but functional. Unfortunately the provided information about the Wifi network and password were incorrect. Furthermore the main light in the living room wasn’t working and the curtain rail in the living room was about to come off. Fortunately it survived during our stay. Otherwise the apartment suited our needs. We have the following suggestions for improvement: - Move the cupboards for plates and glasses from the kitchen to the living room. It would provide more space in the very small kitchen. - The door in the fridge lacks safety bars to prevent items from falling out. Please replace the fridge. - Beneath the window in the kitchen is a small cupboard with cleaning materials. A vacuum cleaner spontaneously fell out when we entered the kitchen. Maybe it’s better to store this elsewhere. - The cupboards in the living room and bedroom were filled up with towels and bed-linen. A little less towels and bed-linen in storage would give more storage for personal items. The communication around our reservation was chaotic. We booked through Home2Go, and received confirmation from Home2Go, BelleVilla and CheckMyGuest. This is highly confusing. Through CeckMyGuest we received information on how to access the appartement. But on our day of arrival we also received an SMS-message with different information. Confusing again.

Super emplacement ! L'appartement est à deux pas du métro et des arrêts de bus, J'ai trouvé qu'il était très facile de naviguer dans la ville, La station Vélib à proximité était également un bon point pour une balade à vélo rapide dans le quartier,

My stay at this place was an amazing experience, The locality is superb, having the metro station just nearby, which makes getting around the city a breeze, The accommodation is ideal for a single person, giving ample space and a super comfy bed, The WiFi connection is speedy and dependable, a big advantage indeed, The only minor glitch is the tiny sink in the bathroom, but it didn't bother me much, On the whole, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it!
