Absolutely awful stay — do NOT recommend. I am shocked at how terrible this place was. For half of our stay, the apartment had no electricity — and I mean none, aside from a single light. This caused a massive problem because the main entrance was covered by a solid metal, shop-style electric gate that wouldn’t open without power, leaving us essentially locked inside. We only discovered a side door later, which was the only reason we could get in and out at all. The fact that we were trapped behind a dead, metal gate was terrifying and completely unacceptable. On top of that, having no electricity meant no ability to charge devices, no WiFi, no proper lighting, and no hot water. Taking a shower in the dark with cold water is not exactly what anyone expects from a paid stay. As if that wasn’t enough, the beds were extremely uncomfortable with visible dents, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. Our stay was short, but even in that time none of these issues were fixed, and we weren’t offered any real solutions or compensation. This place was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. I also want to note that I have video evidence documenting all of these issues, and I sincerely hope they will review this situation and consider appropriate reimbursement for the experience we had.

My spouse and I had a two-night stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, The location is chic, conveniently near a metro station, essentially less than a 5-minute stroll from the station, and it's within walking distance to plenty of delightful eateries, It's situated on the ground level in a peaceful residential area, The directions for check-in are straightforward, simply follow the step-by-step guide, The accommodation is tidy and considerably more roomy than we anticipated, The bedroom is situated downstairs with a locked door, which can be a bit eerie, but the bed is quite cozy, The only minor issue is the bathroom being upstairs, thus it's a bit distant from the bedroom, but the remaining aspects make it a highly recommended accommodation in Paris, We appreciated that toiletries, towels, and refreshments like tea and coffee were all supplied, Many thanks,
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Its location is excellent, There's a subway station just around the corner from the apartment, I was traveling with 2 children and there were wonderful parks nearby, a grocery store on the same block, and a variety of restaurants, In addition, there was a laundry facility just across the road which made doing laundry an effortless task, Fanny was extremely supportive and kind to us, She suggested a creperie that was fantastic! Would certainly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Paris,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Montparnasse apartment, The Raspail metro stop was just steps away, nestled on a tranquil side lane, in a fantastic neighborhood, Having spent a few months in Montparnasse years earlier, we were well acquainted with the locality - abundant eateries, vibrant nightlife (yet a brief stroll away so noise was not an issue), the historic graveyard, and so much more! The apartment was exactly as portrayed, rather roomy for Paris, well equipped, and cozy, It comes with high recommendations!
Our stay was fantastic! The apartment's design was stunning, and when we had some problems with the heating, the host was very kind and resolved it instantly, Highly recommended!
