Joffrey's place was fantastic for our trip to Paris

Beautiful place, spacious (for Paris) and on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible, No problems with the shower or hot water as mentioned in some other reviews, The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the sofa bed is large, The location is fantastic with 2 metro lines nearby and Le Marais within walking distance, We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Our stay at Joffrey's apartment was fantastic, The location is superb, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance to the center of Paris, The check-in process was straightforward, and the apartment felt safe and secure, It's a modern and clean place with great amenities, The apartment can accommodate four people with the sofa bed, but it's a bit snug with limited privacy, so you should be okay with sharing close quarters, The only downside was a persistent drainage smell in the bathroom that required us to use air freshener and keep the bathroom door closed, The hot water supply was also limited, allowing only one quick shower for all four of us, which was a bit challenging, Despite these minor issues, the fantastic location more than made up for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was great, The apartment was neat, easy to access, and conveniently located near many wonderful local spots, Joffrey promptly replied to all my messages, The apartment is situated on the ground floor and felt a bit stuffy and dry with limited airflow, The noise from the street and neighbors' activities can be quite loud at times, but nothing unbearable, We faced some difficulty locking the door when leaving for the day, It required some effort, resulting in noise, At one instance, the neighbor from upstairs came down angrily due to the noise from the door, We simply wanted to ensure that the door was properly secured after noticing a French sign in the corridor warning about recent break-ins, Apart from that, our stay was enjoyable!

Appartement propre et très bien situé, plusieurs stations de métro à 5 min de marche et emplacement central dans le 11ème, Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité, Quelques points à améliorer selon nous : il n'y a pas de clé pour accéder à la poubelle fermée, donc nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour jeter nos ordures et recyclage , puis il manque d'équipement dans la cuisine : pas de torchons vaisselle, pas de panier à salade, peu de casseroles,,, à améliorer pour les locataires qui veulent cuisiner ,) Merci, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre appartement!

Had a wonderful stay at Joffrey's apartment but there are a few things to keep in mind, The apartment has been beautifully renovated, is clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, Communication with the host was excellent, The location in Paris is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to La Marais, where we wanted to be, It's also close to a grocery store, two Metro stops, and many restaurants and bakeries, All in all, a great experience! Here are a few things to consider: - The unit doesn't have AC and with only a small ground floor window, it can get hot and stuffy on warm days, - Some reviews mentioned that the hot water only lasts for a short shower, - The apartment is located on a small access/alley type street with commercial buildings and isn't very clean, Overall, if you're looking for a nice place to stay for a few days, this unit is a great choice, just keep these points in mind,

Our stay at the apartment in Paris was fantastic! The location was amazing, just a 3-minute walk from the metro and surrounded by wonderful bakeries, restaurants, bars, and easily accessible grocery stores and pharmacies, We visited in the summer and the apartment was quite warm, We ended up sleeping with the window open and asking for a fan (which was provided the very next day), We felt secure in the neighborhood, although there was some street noise with the window open, The hot water while showering only lasted for about 2 minutes before turning cold, The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, Both the bed and sofa bed were very cozy, Make sure to ask for extra sheets if you need to use the sofa bed, Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the communication was excellent, I would highly recommend this apartment for your Paris visit!

Thank you for everything, the outer door opens when you enter the code :) You may think it didn't open from the sound that came out, The house was very well cleaned, It was close to the metro, bakery, and market, La Maris area was very close and beautiful, The towels and sheets were clean, I think we couldn't find the microwave, There was a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine, There were dishwasher tablets and cleaning supplies, soap, shower gel, shampoo, There were even snacks and water, Thank you for everything, However, the building management expects you to take out the trash, which is not difficult at all, The house was already on the ground floor,

Joffrey’s place is quite lovely, it is situated in a fantastic area with plenty of eateries and pubs and very close to public transportation, It is on the ground floor (no stairs to climb), which would make it a good option for individuals with mobility issues, The main bed is cozy and is positioned away from the window, ensuring a peaceful sleep, The availability of a washing machine and dryer was a major plus for us, and the dryer performed surprisingly well, My only slight grievances are 1) the inability to check in early or store our luggage, leading us to have to do so at our own expense elsewhere, and 2) the hot water running low during the last few days of our visit, Overall, I would still endorse this place with those minor considerations,

I had a great stay at Joffrey's place during a business trip with a colleague, The apartment is a gem in the city, with modern and clean amenities, The location is peaceful compared to other spots in the city center, The bed and sofa were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a bonus for my week-long stay, I would definitely choose to stay here again!
