Sarah enjoyed staying at Joffrey's apartment in a great central location and found it to be wonderfully peaceful, The A/C was a nice touch during their 5-day August visit, Everything matched the photos, was very clean and had all the amenities they needed, The size was perfect for two people with luggage, although it would have been a bit tight for three, Sarah mentioned they would definitely choose to stay here again, While they found getting into the apartment a bit tricky at first, they quickly figured it out with the help of the property management over the phone, Sarah also shared two key tips for future guests that were not clearly explained in the check-in instructions, 1, When at the interior gate, scroll to the right in the directory to locate the correct listing, press the call button, and then press the button on your phone to unlock the gate once it rings, 2, At the apartment door, you may need to enter the door code twice if the deadbolt is not locked, but the door will open, It took Sarah a couple of attempts to understand this,

We encountered some issues with accessing the unit due to a faulty lock, Although the first two codes were successful, the key pad for the apartment was malfunctioning, We had to communicate with the host to guide us in disassembling the lock to retrieve a key, which proved to be a challenging task, Additionally, the hair dryer was not functioning properly and eventually became unusable during our stay, Despite these setbacks, the host was prompt in addressing our concerns, Considering the apartment's price point, it was disappointing that the lock, hair dryer, and air conditioner remote screen were defective, causing inconvenience, The property was clean and matched the advertised photos, The kitchen, while adequately equipped, lacked a dish sponge and towel, which would have been appreciated, Nonetheless, the location near a metro stop was ideal for sightseeing and transportation,

This flat is situated in an amazing location, near the underground, an excellent bakery, many coffee shops and stores,,,but it is also in a peaceful building that gives the impression of being an oasis from the busy city, The air conditioning was a massive plus, as was the washing machine/dryer, We will return!

Our experience at Joffrey's was absolutely delightful, The proximity to The Marais and easy access to the Republique metro station made getting around a breeze, The cleanliness and charm of the place were exceptional, I shared the space with my mother and sister, and there was ample room for all our belongings,

The apartment looked even better than the photos and was larger than what other reviews had mentioned, There is ample space for 2 or 3 people, It was clean, pleasant, with a great bathroom and kitchen, Both the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable, The location is superb, making it easy to explore the city, The only downsides were the initially poor wifi, but the host provided a better alternative upon request, Additionally, one of the air conditioner/heater remotes was faulty, although the other one worked for both functions, so it wasn't a major issue, Another drawback was the confusion in entering the inner gate after passing through the outer door, Fortunately, we were helped by someone exiting the gate, The host was very responsive and addressed all our concerns promptly, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my future trips, I had an amazing time,

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it was spacious, clean and organized! Being near a school was a nice touch, we enjoyed hearing the children outside in the morning, Just a short 3 minute walk to Tout Autour du Pain where we indulged in delicious croissants, and the location in the Haut Marais was just perfect,

We chose to stay here after a friend recommended it to us, The location was amazing and the apartment was spotless, Definitely would come back!

Staying at Joffrey’s place was a delightful experience, The communication with him was excellent and he responded promptly, The location is near charming shops and cafes, as well as restaurants, The proximity to the metro is also very convenient! I felt very secure, While the apartment matches the pictures, I did expect it to be slightly larger, It is quite narrow, and I constantly felt like I was running into my own luggage haha, I find it a bit pricey, but it is charming and offers a hotel-like experience, It is suitable for couples or solo travelers!

Our experience in Paris was amazing, We were really impressed with the security of the building (multiple security checkpoints required), The technology that Joffrey implemented was a fantastic resource for self-check-in, connecting to the WiFi, and reaching out to their team for any issues during our stay, The interior of the apartment had clearly been recently renovated (which we adored), It was very stylish, The air conditioning was effective and it was very hot in Europe, We were greeted with fresh towels and sparkling water upon arrival, We felt completely safe, The neighborhood was charming with cafes and shops all around, We highly recommend it, and will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Paris, It was exactly what we had envisioned and truly one of our best stays in Europe ❤️

My friend and I enjoyed our time at the apartment! It's incredibly charming, spotless, and equipped with all the necessities! We were even able to check in early as requested! When we had trouble with the door code initially, we contacted the number provided and received prompt assistance, The communication was both effective and welcoming! The location is ideal for exploring Marais with its abundance of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, There's a fantastic bakery just around the corner! I would certainly make a reservation again!
