You cannot advertise this as a 2-bedroom apartment. The second "bedroom" is up a steep ladder with no more than 3 feet of headroom, and basically a mattress on the floor. Only suitable for a child able to ascend the ladder. Do not advertise this as 2 bedroom please. It is definitely not. And also, you do not mention it is up 6 flights of stairs with no lift. This is pretty difficult with luggage. Really awful. Would NOT recommend.
