The location is fantastic, and the apartment is clean and comfortable, The cost is reasonable given the prime location, There were no putrid smells from the drains as previously mentioned, everything smelled fresh, The process of locating and accessing the apartment is straightforward, thanks to multiple security codes, However, the building and apartment lack proper sound insulation, so I advise carrying earplugs, The apartment door has issues with locking, and the bed's mattress sags in the middle, causing you to roll towards the center, The mattress, although not the worst I've slept on, urgently needs replacement, We mistakenly activated the jacuzzi without filling it with water, causing a loud noise that couldn't be stopped, it appears to have a 20-minute automatic shut-off timer, Those 20 minutes felt a lot longer at 1 a,m, Nevertheless, we would recommend this place as it offers excellent value for money and is strategically located in the heart of Paris,
