Lovely location! We were a group of 6 and felt completely at ease, Ideal for a young family, The beds were extremely cozy, There were few supplies like soap, towels, etc,, however, the host promptly addressed this, All in all, worth the price!

An exquisite two-story apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, luxuriously furnished, immaculate, free from clutter, lavish bathrooms, cozy beds, and high-quality hotel towels and linens, It's equipped with a full kitchen, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and laundry facilities, My children were particularly fond of the spiral staircase leading to the upper rooms, which feature a spacious TV/movie room, It's a five-minute walk to the Opera House, where you can catch the hop-on bus for a tour around Paris, The Gare Saint Lazare and the Metro are only two minutes away, Printemps and Peruche, an excellent rooftop restaurant, along with numerous other charming shops and restaurants, are less than a minute's walk away, It was simply marvelous, I wish we could have extended our stay, We hope to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at this location! The area is top-notch and commuting was a breeze with metro, taxis, and bikes readily accessible, It was great to have a cozy living room and kitchen for everyone to gather, We'd certainly book this place again!

The house is in a central location, clean and practical, We had a relaxed accommodation with 3 families and kids, There was only a problem using the movie theater on the first day, but this issue was also resolved later,

Our group of 8 had ample space to gather and also maintain our privacy, The locale is ideal for reaching any place in Paris, The local Carrefour enabled us to shop for food and keep some provisions at hand for a swift meal,

There were ten of us, and the apartment accommodated us all comfortably, The host provided straightforward self-check-in instructions and was always available and quick to respond to all communication, The apartment is contemporary and stunning, situated on the top floor with a lift, although it can only accommodate 2-3 people at once, so everyone had to take turns, Although it's located on a main road, we hardly heard any noise from outside, with only the occasional sound of ambulance sirens, As for the location, it's very close to Saint Lazare metro and train station, allowing us to reach most central locations within 15-30 minutes, The kitchen is fully equipped, and the terrace was a standout feature, All the rooms were roomy and had wardrobes, The apartment had three bathrooms, There was a slight drain smell in one of the bathrooms, but it was manageable, Besides, there were plenty of supplies, and everything was extremely clean, It's important to note that two of the rooms are upstairs, accessible via a wide spiral staircase,

We absolutely adored our stay at this apartment, We had 7 adults with us and had plenty of space, The kitchen was updated, appliances were brand new — we cooked in often and enjoyed the spacious dining table with comfy chairs, The living room featured two large sofas that were great for movie nights — one even converted into a bed, Each bedroom had a cozy bed with crisp, clean sheets and fluffy pillows, The bathrooms were all recently renovated, We adored the location and enjoyed being close to various grocery stores, eateries, and shops, The street outside was bustling, The terrace was stunning!! We would definitely come back!!!

The apartment has been COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND IS IN IMPECCABLE CONDITION, IT IS AN APARTMENT FOR THOSE WITH HIGH STANDARDS, IT EVEN BOASTS A HUGE BALCONY where we enjoyed dinner every evening, Fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 people, We were two families of 5 people each and it was fantastic, The apartment spans two floors and even includes a fantastic cinema room, The only suggestion I would have for Joffrey to make the stay even more perfect is to provide some toilet paper rolls, oil, sugar, and kitchen paper, so that you don't have to rush out to buy them, It features 3 spotless full bathrooms, In reality, the apartment surpasses the photos, WELL DONE JOFFREY!! We stayed for 4 nights, but if I ever return to Paris, I would definitely choose this apartment, and I would also recommend it to all my friends,
