A soli 2,5 km dalle spiagge e dall'incantevole porto di Les Issambres (con un traghetto di 15 minuti per Saint-Tropez), questa proprietà è immersa in una tranquilla tenuta privata. A soli 3 minuti a piedi si trovano tre ampie piscine comuni con vista mozzafiato sul mare, campi da tennis e da basket, beach volley, ping-pong e un parco giochi per bambini. La zona è ricca di attività, tra cui vela, snorkeling e moto d'acqua, oltre a numerosi angoli tranquilli sulla spiaggia.
L'appartamento al piano terra, climatizzato, è stato completamente ristrutturato negli ultimi dieci anni. Dispone di una luminosa zona giorno e pranzo, una moderna cucina a vista con bancone per la colazione e due camere da letto. Una camera da letto offre vista mare e accesso alla terrazza, l'altra dispone di un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo con bagno privato. Wi-Fi ad alta velocità, lavatrice e comodo parcheggio anteriore e posteriore completano questo rilassante rifugio costiero.

Wir (Familie, 3P) hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt, liegt perfekt und bietet eine wirklich wunderbare Aussicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt. Zum sehr großen und ebenfalls äußerst gepflegten Pool sind es nur höchstens 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Von uns gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung.
De woning is mooi gelegen met veel privacy en schitterend uitzicht op zee. De schoonmaak was goed. Fijn dat er ook airco was. Strand en Saint-Tropez zijn dichtbij. De eigenaar was goed bereikbaar bij vragen en reageerde heel snel op e-mails.
We spend ten fantastic days in the beautiful area of Les Issambres. You are close to nice beaches, harbours, supermarket (5 Min by car), cafes and beautiful towns with typical regional markets. To St.Tropez and other lovely places you can take the green-line boat if you want to travel without a car. The apartment is very quiet and super clean. Perfect equipment for us with our two children. You have an amazing view to the sea and a nice terrace with dining place. There are two big well-maintained pools in the domain and you should try the infinity pool where you have the best view over the ocean you ever had. The pools are super-clean and even with kids in the water it was very quiet. We felt very save in the domain and we know that we will come back soon. :)
We got what we booked, a very clean house located on a beautifully manicured estate. According to us, the bathroom and toilet were recently renovated. Everything in the house functions. The view is beautiful. Swimming pool is a few minutes away. The house is about a 5-minute drive from the coastal road, and about a 20-minute drive from the main road (A1)
A truly lovely place to stay - the villa is immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views from the living room and patio are just stunning and the whole location is very peaceful. It's also great having access to the swimming pools and tennis courts on site, all of which are very well maintained.
