Spacious holiday home for 15 people (max. 12 adults and 3 children) with outdoor pool and sauna. The house is located in a quiet area of the village of Heure, 13 km from Durbuy.
On the ground floor, the living room with wood stove, dining table and fitted kitchen with dishwasher opens onto the covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms, one for 2 persons with a double bed and one for 3 persons with a double bed and an extra 1 persons bed, which share a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with two extra single beds. Each bedroom also has a washbasin in the room. At the pool level there is a relaxation area with billiards and sitting area, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a baby cot, separate shower, sauna and covered terrace with BBQ at the pool. open from May to early September. On hot summer days, the water temperature is above 25°C. The ideal holiday home for a relaxing holiday with the family and for many walks in the Belgian Ardennes.

Naar ons aanvoelen is dit huisje aan een opknapbeurt toe naast wat kleine mankementen die gemakkelijk te verhelpen zijn: meer dan een halve wc-rol voorzien bij aankomst, kapotte lattenbodem herstellen, grondige opkuis van keukeninboedel, sifon die op einde verblijf putjesgeur gaf, koude douche beneden.
Huis vervuild aangetroffen, douche wordt niet warm, bed van slechte kwaliteit en gebroken lattenbodem, douche in badkamer lekt
Het huis heeft een prachtige locatie, boven op een heuvel. De veranda is hierdoor een geweldige plek om te vertoeven in de avonduren. Het zwembad is heerlijk, graag en veel gebruikt door onze kinderen. Het huis is compleet met goede douche gelegenheid maar de schoonmaak liet te wensen over. De eigenaar kwam persoonlijk excuses aanbieden hiervoor met twee flessen wijn, heel attent! In de omgeving zeer veel te doen, zoals grotten afdalen, kanoën, oude steden en kastelen bezoeken. Wat tips; veiligheidshekjes/deuren voor de trappen, nieuwe kussens/dekbedden (deze waren erg vies). Al met al een leuke tijd gehad!
