Island is mostly covered by forests and the rest is dotted with fields, vineyards and small villages. The property offers free private parking, reservation is not required. Polace is village in the western part of the northern coast of the island of Mljet. The village has couple of restaurants and cafes, as well as the shop for basic provisions. Apartment is just 30 minutes walking distance from National Park Mljet, so as 5 minutes driving by car.
There are few ferry ports on island Mljet, and the main one (and only car ferry port) is Sobra, located on the island’s eastern end.

Great place on a great islandThe owner was a lovely woman named marry, the rental apartments are on the second floor of her home so she is near by if you need anything, We booked two rooms one for our three kids and one for us, side by side, The views were great and a very short walk to the heart of the village and the beach and national park booth, We stayed for three nights and loved it this island is magical and this small village was great, There is parking near by,
