Apartments Villa Ari are ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Parking is available on site, reservation required, daily parking fee is 20€.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
This three-bedroom apartment features air-conditioning, free WiFi, and furnished balcony overlooking famous Old Town of Dubrovnik and Adriatic Sea. It has three bedrooms, living room with flat-screen SAT TV and sitting area, dining area, as well as kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The apartment has two private bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Hair-dryer is also provided.
Apartments Villa Ari is located only 15 minutes a walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you can find an open-air green market and other shops as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. The UNESCO-protected center is known for its architecture and guests can explore its numerous sights, such as the City Walls, St. Blaise's Church and Stradun Promenade. The famous Banje beach is only 5 minutes walk away with many more of them in surrounding area.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Youâll struggle to find a better apartment in DubrovnikThe Villa is superb, everything you could wish for, Weâll equipped kitchen, lovely large living area, bedrooms and bathrooms great and the view from the balcony⦠Wow! The location is perfect, local supermarket 5 minute walk, Dubrovnik 10 minute walk, if you choose to exit via the steps there is quite a lot but not an issue and theyâre level and well maintained but if you donât fancy that they can be avoided by using the top road into Dubrovnik, The host is lovely and helpful, even a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, I honestly canât fault anything, we would definitely recommend it and return ourselves,

The building manager quickly responded to messages, greeted us at the door to give a tour of the apartment, and then came back a few minutes later with a chilled bottle of wine! \r\nWith incredible views of the sea and city, a huge balcony with seating for 5, large bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, we really enjoyed our stay, The doors to the balcony doubled as windows and could be adjusted to have shade during the day and catch the cool sea breeze at night, \r\nWith its close proximity to the city, we could walk to âold townâ in the morning, enjoy the beach in the afternoon, take a short nap before dinner, and head back for an evening out with ease, The balcony was the perfect place to watch sunrise/,sunset, do some stargazing, and observe planes and boats coming and going, \r\nWe would highly recommend staying here!
