Apartment Maru Prestige is situated in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, only two minutes away from the Dubrovnik's main street Stradun. This lovely two story apartment is located next to the famous Dubrovnik Walls, near the Minčeta Tower, one of the popular venues of the Game of Thrones. It has an very easy access, just a few steps through the northern entrance to the city Buža. The apartment, unique in its size, completely renovated in 2018, designed and adapted to make its guests feel like home.
NOTE: The apartment can accommodate 4 adults + 1 kid up to 14 years old at cost of 10 euro per night.

The 74 m square property features an open kitchen, the dining area with spacious living room and a small toilet below the stairs on the first floor.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water kettle and toaster.
The second floor has two separate bedrooms, one with double king size bed and second with two single beds, hallway and spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Safe deposit box and ironing facilities are at guest disposal.

Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 50 meters away. We recommend a cable car ride, the station is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. It offers a panoramic views of the historic center and the surrounding islands. Banje Beach can be reached in a 10 minute walk and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minute boat ride away.
Taxi and bus station are 5 minutes away from the property. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are a 15 minute ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 17 km away.

We had a wonderful stay in Maru Prestige, Would highly recommend,Apartment was spacious and had all the amenities, With four adults - two toilets came in handy, Being close to Buza Gate - didn',t have too many stairs to negotiate with suitcases, but there were still stairs, Our hostess was lovely, Greeted us very late in the evening after our plane was delayed and explained how everything worked,

The host was very nice when she came to meet us, there was even a welcome pack , The apartment is big, clean, furnished with style even if the house itself is pretty ancient as it is in the very historic center of the city! Definitely recommended! :)

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean, It was a convenient and quiet location near the Buze Gate which is nice for getting your luggage to and from the apartment with minimal steps, The owners were nice but did not speak much English,,,we only saw them at check in to get the keys,

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, sehr zu empfehlen! Gut ausgestattet (das Bad ist modern und sehr schön), geräumig (mit einem 2, WC), angenehm und gut gelegen, Man sollte allerdings berücksichtigen, dass man viele Treppen steigen muss um zum Haus zu gelangen (dass muss man allerdings in Dubrovnik so wie so bedenken),
