Our hostess met us and arranged to have our car parked at the local hotel, we were so gratefulOur hostess was lovely, The apartment was clean and location was close to the old town

When we return to Croatia, will definitely be staying at apartment Davor againWe were met by the hostess who gave us the keys and went through the apartment with us, rooms were spotless, air con was fantastic, balcony was great, (fantastic views of the islands and especially of Old Town Dubrovnik) Photos are taken from the balcony

I dont usually leave reviews, but I feel that it is necessary to do so with Davors Apartment because everything about it exceeded our expectations, We do not know where to begin with how wonderful this apartment was and how extraordinary the owner was, The highlights of this apartment is the terrace (probably one the biggest in Dubrovnik) with the most beautiful and serene view of the Adriactic Sea and Old Town, the close proximity to Old Town which was a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment, and the two spacious and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, However, what made the stay even better was the owner, Davor, who lived in the apartment downstairs, Davor is the definition of Croatian hospitality and who has truly become a family friend by the end of the trip, He helped us in ALL aspects of our trip (even unrelated to our accommodation), We enjoyed our time so much in Dubrovnik that we extended our stay, Unfortunately, Davors apartment was already booked so we had to find another apartment to go to for a couple days until Davors apartment became available again, During our stay at the other Dubrovnik apartment, my mother had become very ill, and although we were at a different apartment for a couple days, Davor personally came to pick us up and take my mother to the doctors! When we traveled to Montenegro for a few days, Davor kept all our excess luggage stored at his house so we were able to travel lightly, On our last night in Dubrovnik, Davor took our family to the top of a cliff overlooking all of Dubrovnik to watch the most incredible sunset, His sweet mother even baked us a delicious Croatian cake! Before booking Davors apartment, I had researched almost every other option in Dubrovnik for our familys stay, We are so grateful that we made the best decision in choosing Davors apartment, It truly exceeded our expectations, If you are deciding between different options, look no further, You will NOT be disappointed!
