The property offers two lovely accommodation units with furnished terrace and sea view aw well as a mini kitchen and private bathroom. Common BBQ facilities and shared garden are at your disposal.
NOTE: Children 4 and older are allowed.
Private parking is available on site with a 20€/day surcharge (cash only) and reservation is needed.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

This lovely studio with furnished terrace and sea view is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV, equipped kitchenette with dining area and private bathroom.

The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is 20 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks. Guests can also find a grocery store and a bus station in 260 meters range.
Lapad bay is only 10 min ride from the property. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery.
We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 20 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 6 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.
Cozy apartments in the hillside with a view and a great hostWe loved the knowledge our host provided regarding present and historical facts about the area, even for people who normally would like their privacy we highly recommend taking some time to listen to him, He told us few things that helped us avoid the tourist traps, As a result we ended up spending our time more wisely, Our home-made welcome drink was exceptional, There is refreshing breeze up in the hillside throughout the year so would feel as comfortable in the summer as it was for us in the spring, Old Town is only a 15 minute walk away (or less depending on your physical strength) so don',t be put off by the fact that it',s not located in the Old Town, Parking is provided inside the property (you',ll have your own key to the main gate) unlike on the street for nearby apartments,

The owner is super friendly! He welcomed us at the property and gave us some good info, We could park our car just at the property, even few hours more after our checkout, The apartment is clean and cozy, close to the old town, Quite some stairs but you cannot avoid stairs in dubrovnik anyway,

Indeed a Sweet EscapeThis property exceeded our expectation, It was indeed a sweet escape, The room was sparkly clean, the parking was safe and everything you would need is available, The Old town is very walkable from the apartment with bakery and groceries along the way, There was a free welcome wine which we completely forgot what it',s called but it was very good, (IF the host is reading this, we',d love to know), \r\n\r\nOur host, Zed has a very helpful and kind man, He has given us so many helpful information on where to go, where to eat, how to get to the center easily and many other very useful information, Thank you for suggesting we visit Ston and Bakus Resto, It indeed became the highlight of our trip,

No brainer, superbThis beautiful apartment is so well laid out to use every space perfectly and fitted with lovely top quality fittings, taps etc, Every space has been thought out soooo well, lots of cupboard space and has outdoor seating with amazing views, It',s absolutely immaculate in its presentation and you will sleep like a king on the very comfortable bed, The shower room was my personal favourite but it was all brilliant, The bedroom ceiling looked low in the photos but there is in fact lots of space It is quiet but within an easy 5-10 mins walk of the old city, uphill, yes, but we were advised about how to avoid most of the steps if that is an issue so that was welcome information, There are a couple of handy shops a few steps away which was great, Parking was in a private garage integral to the building behind an impressive large white door so the car was safe as houses, The host was wonderful with very interesting information about the area which was good to hear about, Don',t hesitate if you are wondering about this, superb place!

Tolle Unterkunft mit tollem GastgeberDie Unterkunft liegt im nahen Vorort, 10-15min Fussweg von der Altstadt, Das Auto konnten wir direkt im Carport parken, was viel gemütlicher war als es bei einer Unterkunft in der Altstadt gewesen wäre, Die Nachbarschaft ist super schön,\nDer Gastgeber war äußerst nett und hat uns direkt etwas von der Geschichte der Stadt erzählt sowie Tipps zum Essen gegeben, Auch für die Weiterfahrt hat er uns noch einige Orte in Kroatien empfohlen,\nDie Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und super sauber, Das Bett ist bequem, Die Küche ist umfangreich und neu eingerichtet, alle Geräte waren auch sauber, \nEs gibt nichts zu meckern, 100%ige Empfehlung für Dubrovnik
