Casa vacanze rurale con piscina privata

Het huisje ligt in een rustige en groene omgeving tussen gelijkaardige huizen. Er is voldoende privacy maar er is geen zicht op en voeling met de mooie heuvelachtige omgeving. Het huis was netjes gekuist bij aankomst en alles rook er fris. Het zwembad was een absolute meerwaarde. Wat we misten was een goed effen terras voor de tuintafel, gezien je op vakantie toch optimaal wil genieten van het buitenleven. Het terras aan het huisje waren grote blokken steen gelegd op de blote aarde met diepe groeven ertussen, onbruikbaar. We hebben de tuintafel dan verplaatst naar de vlakke aarde in de tuin. Verharding tussen de woning en het zwembad onder de vorm van een pad zou ook praktisch zijn om niet over de aarde heen te moeten lopen. De badkamer en keuken waren proper en goed. Voor de echte kookfanaten is het keukengerei beperkt. Glazen en tassen neem je best zelf mee van huis. De tuin wordt 's nachts frequent bezocht door everzwijnen, uitkijken dus voor uitwerpselen in de tuin.

Net buiten een grote stad gelegen, door de bosrijke omgeving lijkt het dat je veel verder van de stad bent. Met bepaalde wind hoor je wel de grote weg. In het huisje is alles schoon, netjes en compleet ( geen BBQ) de eigenaresse is super vriendelijk en discreet. Het zwembad blijft wat groen maar dat is eigenlijk logisch als je ziet hoeveel bomen er in de (grote) tuin staan. Wij hebben genoten , ook van de zeldzame vogels in de tuin. O.a. De Wiellewaal en de Nachtegaal

Aangekomen in het huisje kwamen we erachter dat het meer een 4 persoons huisje was inplaats van 6, daardoor moest er 1 van onze kinderen 14 dagen op de bank slapen! We hadden weinig privacy, eigenaar woont naast het huisje en om de 2 dagen komt er een man het zwembad controleren...terwijl wij het zelf bijvulde en schoonmaakte... We hadden er meer van verwacht

The house is situated perfectly for who wants to get some rest and privacy but not wants to be completely in the middle of nowhere. The swimming pool is well maintained, big enough (10x6) and about 2 meters deep. The house is just big enough, well decorated, with a spacious master bedroom. The children bedroom is a little bit smaller with 4 beds. Trough the whole house are little wooden tables and other decoration that just give the finishing touch to this house. They really gave attention to the decoration. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is really comfortable. We had the impression that the bathroom was a new one. Just lovely. The area which belongs to the house is enormous. You can make a walk in your own garden. Just on the backside of the house you can see a neighbor but there is still plenty of space between this house and the house of the neighbors. It is the only house you will see! It is very quiet with traffic as well, that could be because there is just one road passing by. So the front side of the house is very quiet and private, there is a big table where you can have a great breakfast and dinner as well. There is also a parking place which belongs to the house, with a lot of threes and shadow. The swimming pool is situated in such a way there is sun the whole day trough until half past 7. At the hottest moment of the day a chair under a big three is much more comfortable. The house is very nice and cool the whole day trough, even when the temperature outside is high. We would love to go back there!
