Gli ospiti possono usufruire dell'intero piano superiore, con un loft di 64 m² con interni artigianali, cucina in muratura e spazio per un massimo di quattro persone.
Circondata da 40.000 m² di bosco e parco privati, la proprietà invita al relax e all'esplorazione. La pista ciclabile del Mulde costeggia la villa e i sentieri escursionistici svelano monumenti industriali e paesaggi incontaminati plasmati da secoli di attività mineraria. Gite di un giorno a Meissen, Dresda, Freiberg e al Castello di Augustusburg offrono un'esperienza culturale di grande spessore, mentre le gite in battello a vapore verso la Svizzera Sassone aggiungono un tocco di avventura.
Che si tratti di pedalare lungo i sentieri forestali o di rilassarsi lungo la riva del fiume, questo paradiso in stile Art Nouveau offre un'esperienza appartata ma al tempo stesso ricca di esperienze.
Sehr große Wohnungen, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Schön gelegen ist die Villa direkt an der Mulde und am Radweg. Baden ist im Fluss möglich. Man tritt aus der Haustür in die Landschaft, Spaziergänge und Radfahren sind möglich. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist, ist man in einer dreiviertel Stunde in Freiberg oder Dresden. We have had a wonderfull stay. The accomodation is very big, very well maintained and extraordinary clean. Before the trip gave the homeowner a good advise for the route to the house, because of a roadblock nearby. And at the arrival a nice and welcoming cup of tea, together with fresh roasted peanuts. The homeownerscouple made sure during the stay, that every thing was after our wish, and we could wish for whatever we needed. We are very impressed by the level of this accomodation. Not forget to mention the beautifull surroundings. Driving thrue the last bend in the road, and seeing the house peacefully near the stream, surrounded by the foresty hillside, is like living the best dream you can imagine. Everybody who has half of a chance to stay at this place, has to take the chance completly!
The accommodation is beautifully surrounded by a small forest and the Freiberger Mulde, and is an ideal spot to start a hike, mountain bike ride or city trip. The house itself has been very well constructed by the owner, who as a professional artist has a keen eye for aesthetics and quality. From here you can easily reach multiple POI's such as Freiberg, Meissen, Dresden, Leipzig, Prague and of course the Sächsischen Schweiz. The owner, his wife and his son are very nice, warm and friendly people who will make every effort to make you feel welcome. We will return next year!
