Villa per vacanze di lusso splendidamente decorata adatta per 12 persone con piscina privata, area lounge, cucina esterna e vista mozzafiato e senza ostacoli sul Mar Mediterraneo. Questa villa è composta da due parti; una parte principale con ampio soggiorno, cucina completamente attrezzata con quattro camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno di lusso e una parte inferiore accessibile tramite una scala esterna con due camere da letto, un bagno e una piccola cucina. Sia al piano superiore che al piano inferiore si può godere di una vista unica: intorno alla piscina ci sono varie aree salotto, lettini prendisole e si può godere la vita spagnola nell'angolo lounge con una cucina all'aperto con tutti i comfort come lavastoviglie e barbecue. C'è anche uno spogliatoio con doccia e servizi igienici, mentre il centro di Coveta Fuma con i suoi numerosi ristoranti, spiagge e bar è raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto. Sul posto c'è spazio per diverse auto: PS; è possibile il riscaldamento della piscina, con un costo aggiuntivo di € 200 da specificare almeno 7 giorni prima della visita. Arrivi o partenze degli ospiti la domenica e prima delle 8 am / after 22.00 hanno un supplemento di € 30 per Meet & Greet e check-out.

Huis was geweldig! Kookplaat binnen was alleen kapot en piepte een week lang. De klusjesman kon dit ook niet verhelpen. Hou wel rekening met de stroom kosten welke achteraf berekend worden. Dit is absurd hoog. Wij hadden ook 200eu betaald om het zwembad te verwarmen alleen dat bleek enkel vóórverwarmen te zijn. De overige zwembad kosten worden achteraf nog meeberekend met de rest. Dat was flink schrikken.

Geweldig locatie, auto is wel een must. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee en Alicante.
Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door de vertegenwoordiger van Casa Coveta, de lokale agent Het huis is fantastisch geequipeerd, alle apperatuur is aanwezig . Er is zelfs een volledige buitenkeuken met alles er op en er aan. Een mooi zwembad in de ruime tuin en een schitterend uitzicht. Wel werd voor 1 week €107 in rekening gebracht voor de energie, dat zit dus niet in de huur. Zo een zwembad tikt dus behoorlijk door in de kosten . Ook de €350 extra schoonmaakkosten is niet weinig!
wij zijn zeer netjes en vriendelijk ontvangen. kregen een korte rondleiding en goede uitleg over alles in en om het huis. kortom prima geregeld !!
Fantastische villa op een schitterende hoge locatie met zicht op zee. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt veel privacy. Met de (huur)auto ben je binnen 20 min in Alicante en binnen 5 min aan zee (strand). De lokale beheerder is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (o.a. voor sleuteloverdracht en huur auto) en meer dan bereid om nuttige aanvullende informatie te verstrekken. Wij hebben genoten !
Perfecte uitleg over de bungalow. De foto's in de brochure zijn de werkelijkheid. De omgeving en het uitzicht zijn geweldig.

We got a bit lost coming from the airport by following the instructions but Waze got us to Coveta Fuma in the end! We also arrived mid afternoon so everything was shut. However after a quick call we were escorted up to the villa. It is a beautiful place, exactly as you imagine. We enjoyed our time there very much and all our photos look almost unreal! They have thought of absolutely everything for whatever kind of holiday you want - we chose to relax for the week and mainly cooked at the villa. The supermarket down the road is fine for top ups, we used Aldi in El Campello quite heavily. Can recommend La Cova as a restaurant close by and the snorkelling around that part of El Campello is fantastic. I would warn you to hire a car with a bit of power. We had to Fiat Tipos and they struggled up the final part of the hill to the villa, we basically had to grind up in first. And with that in mind, remember that this is on a mountain and at the top of a hill. Nothing is walking distance. You need a car!!
