E se siete moltissimi, avete la possibilità di affittare anche una delle case vicine, anch'esse ben attrezzate e arredate con tante camere da letto. L'ampia zona piscina contiene una grande piscina con impianto controcorrente, faro subacqueo e scivolo, una sauna, un bagno e una grande vasca idromassaggio con spazio per 4-6 persone. Nella sala attività, alcuni possono divertirsi al bar, mentre altri giocano a biliardo al tavolo da biliardo. Qui puoi anche guardare film su DVD o sfidarti a ping pong, freccette e calcio balilla o gareggiare in vari giochi elettronici su Playstation-4. La casa è estremamente spaziosa e ben dimensionata e costruita intorno a 3 zone notte separate. Ogni zona notte è dotata di bagno, inoltre c'è un ulteriore bagno nella zona piscina. La cucina è attrezzata con 2 piastre in vetroceramica, 2 forni separati, 2 frigoriferi, 2 macchine da caffè e 2 lavastoviglie. La casa dispone di 9 camere da letto e 2 soppalchi ampi e spaziosi. Ci sono materassi a molle in tutte le camere e sui soppalchi. Ampia terrazza solarium all'aperto e terrazza coperta con barbecue - perfetta per un'accogliente serata barbecue con la famiglia e gli amici. Il saldo dei consumi, delle pulizie e della cauzione si paga in contanti in loco. Siete pregati di notare che il funzionamento della piscina e l'uso del sistema controcorrente, della sauna e del centro benessere comportano un aumento del consumo di elettricità e acqua. Das Ferienhaus ist super für große Familien/Freunde etc,,allerdings ist der Weg zu den Häusern nicht gerade einladend, Er sah fast genauso wie vor fünf Jahren aus( eher noch schlimmer),

Besides the house which could be improved we were very much disappoonted by the booking and cannot reccomend a stay with Belvilla anyone else, / We booked a house in 2020 and we could not travel to the house because of the Corona situation, We got a Voucher from Belvilla instead, The amount of the voucher was higher than our original booking, however it was stated as a gift voucher and we accepted the voucher and therefore did not wanted our money back, / We thought, we a higher budget for our new booking for the 2022 season and booked a bigger house, as originally planned, Afterwards the amount of the voucher has been reduced to the original amount, but we were not informed, / Furhtermore it we were told theat we could pay all additional expenses with this voucher, e,g, electricity, water, gas, and blankets, This happened as not being possible, / / We tried to reach Belvilla several time svia phone, without success, Through Email we only got the same answer, that we have to pay the additional expenses extra and that our voucher value has been reduced, / / We were five families, with alltogether 10 kids and it is not easy for us to rent such a big house, If then the expenses are even increased, it is hard for all five of us,
