The location was perfect, close to everything and a short scenic stroll to the beach, The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, Marija met us on arrival and gave us lots of helpful information, She was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay, We would highly recommend this property

great position, great apartment, very comfortableapartments villa royale are really modern, the finish is tasteful and fixtures and fittings are top quality, location to the centre of cavtat is perfect, above a hustle bustle part of town but the top quality windows block out any noise once you are ready for bed, there is great air con so no issues there, Maria is great, so willing to help or get anything you might need and very friendly,

Fantastic, modern, spacious apartment in the heart of Cavtat away from the hype of Dubrovnik,Oh my goodness! What a pleasant surprise after the disappointment of the place we stayed in Dubrovnik, This was a very upscale, modern apartment, It was sparkling clean, fully equipped, Had a marvelous view from the bedroom over the promenade and the bay, Very modern,,,in fact so modern I had to go online to figure out how to use the conduction stovetop, There',s a fully equipped kitchen, huge bathroom and big shower, Separate living room and separate bedroom, The rooms are laid out in a line so there',s no window in the kitchen but a small window in the living room and two corner windows in the bedroom (which was in the front of the building) as described above, Loved staying there, Would stay again, I could live there! The location is great, just a few steps down to the promenade with lots of great restaurants and shops and the waterfront, Lovely walking paths around the points that are both full circle, Easy and flat and beautiful views, Take the 99 bus for a lovely countryside tour and up to the top for a spectacular view of the town and coastline, Also tbhe 99 bus will take you to a little village about 15 minutes away for local music, crafts and a taste of Croatian culture, (Both for a minimal charge), Take the 30 bus for a day trip into Dubrovnik instead of staying right in the city, Great stay in Cavtat, Could have stayed longer,

Modern accommodation and excellent facilities in the middle of old architecture, we loved it,We loved the location, very central and easily accessible (although initially a bit tricky to find on Google Maps), We loved how modern and spacious it was - with lots of cupboard space, The apartment was well equipped and it was very nice to offer sparkling and still water as well as juice, The access to washing facilities was the cherry on top for traveling tourists,
