Sublime Appt - 2BD/4P - Terrazza vista mare - Antibes

Lovely apt with a view unsurpassed! Only downfall is no lift.

Superb position overlooking the sea and harbour. For elderly guests the description should say there are three flights of stairs and no lift.

Disgusting filth everywhere. Blood stains on blankets. Makeup marks on sheets. Floors covered in black filth and previous guests hair in little piles everywhere. Cigarette butts on floor. Mold in shower. Some of the furniture shown in pics doesn’t exist in apartment. Sewage smell in shower / sink area. Contacted Belvilla and check my guest immediately and repeatedly to have the place cleaned and get new blankets only to be given answers like “We will call you soon”. “We will contact you right away” only to never be contacted. When I called the property manager she took my call the first time but decided to “disconnect”. When I called back she wouldn’t take my call. The view is beautiful, but does not make up for the unsettling feeling of being surrounded in other people’s filth, particularly the blood stains on the blankets.

Die Wohnung war echt schön und hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Und man war mitten in der Altstadt. Aber: beim Einchecken gab es massive Probleme. Wir bekamen keinen Code, obwohl wir es vorher angemahnt hatten. Weder per Email noch telefonisch konnten wir jemanden erreichen oder wurden stets weitergereicht, ohne Hilfe zu bekommen. Wir mussten uns ein Hotelzimmer suchen, warteten weiterhin auf Reaktionen von Belvilla und checkmyguest und konnten erst am nächsten Tag durch Intervention eines deutschen Mitarbeiters endlich den Zugang bekommen. Außerdem hätte man uns mitteilen müssen, dass man mit dem Auto keinen Zugang hat, einen Parkplatz suchen muss und das Gepäck tragen. Unsere Woche war trotzdem schön, aber der katastrophale Start führt zu der schlechten Bewertung.

This apartment is a gem in Antibes, The two bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the living space felt very comfortable,

Great location! We were just a short walk from the beach and the Picasso Museum, The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped,

L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur ! Nous étions proches des attractions locales et avions un accès facile à la plage, Je recommande vivement pour quiconque visite Antibes,

The terrace is a highlight! We spent our evenings enjoying the view and the fresh air, It really made our stay special,

Leiligheten var godt vedlikeholdt og hadde en frisk følelse, Det var en glede å bo her,

Lejligheden var perfekt til vores familieudflugt! Udsigten over havet fra terrassen var betagende, og vi elskede at spise morgenmad udenfor hver morgen,

The Picasso Museum was just a short walk away, which was a nice surprise, We enjoyed our cultural outings,

Die Nähe zum Strand war fantastisch! Wir haben die meisten unserer Tage damit verbracht, die Sonne zu genießen, und sind dann in den Komfort der Wohnung zurückgekehrt,

Een zeer praktisch appartement met een geweldige indeling, De volledig uitgeruste keuken was een groot pluspunt voor ons,
